Guilia and Guido were amazing hosts. Great value for money, a few minutes walk to St Peters and the Vatican Museums and easy walking distance to the main attractions. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Fantastic breakfast provided with lots of choices including fresh fruit, cereals, pastries and breads with good selection of toppings including cheese and salami. Lovely courtyard for alfresco dining. Hosts very helpful with amazing local knowledge, in particular local restaurants and eateries. Guilia and Guido who were just phone call away to answer any questions, were super friendly, always up for a chat who welcomed you like family. definitely a home away from home. Thank you so much to you both

There just isn't anything to complain about, but a lot of praise to be given. From the moment you arrivate here you'll feel much less lost, with the hosts sharing an abundance of any information you'd like about Rome. Both the breakfast and coffe was perfect, we expected a lot less. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel - but our experience as a whole was much better than nearly every 5-star hotel we've ever stayed at. The location is also excellent, I can't imagine anyone regretting to stay here but it certainly won't be due to the location as it's absolutely perfect. Again, I'd like to impress upon whoever reads this that the hosts are truly amazing and hospitable people. We even had an issue not related to the B&B at the very last day which they generously helped us resolve. We don't know when we'll be back in Rome, but for sure this is where we'll be staying. Thanks a lot, Guido and Giula!

In a quiet street, a modern apartment with charming details and Guido's professional and friendly attitude to guide you on what to do in Rome/Vatican. Just two minutes walk to St.Peter Church! This was my second time and I can hardly wait to return again.
