Alessandro picked us up at the airport with reasonable price, he was friendly and provided info of Rome. It was a nice and clean room with wifi, air conditioned and breakfast, it is only 15 mins walk to Spanish steps. Will definitely recommend it to my friend.

I had been there few months ago.The rooms are perfectly renovated, clean and comfortable. But the most important for me is that the spot of the hotel is really suitable for touring the Rome and the Vaticano.Next time i will choose to stay again in these rooms.

The room was very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great and the location was awesome. We were a 20 minute walk from the Vatican, 20 minutes from the Spanish Steps and about a half hour from the Colosseum.

Stayed for 9 nights, the trip was part work but I arrived over the New Year and wanted to spend my stay in a homely b&b rather than a hotel. Elga is a very special lady, she will do anything to make a guest feel welcome, and she really made me feel welcome. I also need to thank her team;... More

We've just come back from a lovely weekend in Rome and would recommend Rooms in Rome to stay. We stayed in the Superior room which I recommend. We were greeted straight away and were given great advice and map with really good hints to avoid the queues. Such a great personal service and helped us lots. It is in a... More

We stayed here for three days in July 2014, and would happily have stayed longer. All the rooms were individually and stylishly decorated and en-suite. The breakfast is delivered to your room each morning and is impressive. Excellent advice was given about where to eat locally. Nice and relaxing place in a busy city.We would go back again!!

The "Rooms in Rome" is actually a "bed and breakfast". We stayed there for 3 days and we really loved it. The room was really clean. We had free wi-fi, air condition, tv. The people who own these rooms, are extremely polite and helpfull. We arrived there late at night and after we talked with the owner they arranged a... More

To start-off, we're very reasonable travellers, this is the only negative review we have left during our 6 weeks holiday and we've stayed in 12 various establishments ranging from hostel-B&B-service apt-hotels. We were greeted by Dario upon check-in (p.s. we never met owner Elga during our stay – I note many reviewers commented on her helpfulness which we couldn’t possibility... More

You will be overjoyed with the decision to stay here, especially if you never stayed at a B&B.If you normally stay at B&B establishments, this is top notch ! We read all the reviews before settling with this hoping all were true and accurate. We had the very best 9 days of comfort, safety, cleanliness, convenience, and hospitality. One inaccuracy... We stayed here for 4 nights and I haven't regretted it for a single moment. The hotel is locked away behind a beautiful big door is a small side street, a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest subway station. We arrived late in the evening, but were still welcomed in a very warm and friendly matter by the owner who... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
