We chose this hotel mainly for its location, a short walk away from Piazza Navona, as well as many of the central sights in Rome, such as the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The location was perfect, as expected, and we were also very pleased with our room and the service we

We spent 7 nights (from 3rd July) at this lovely hotel. It's tucked away into a quaint, very small side street that is amazingly quiet and yet just 5 mins walking distance to the magnificent Piazza Navona - Rome's most famous sights are also within a very short walking distance.

We spent the last 2 nights of our trip here at Navona Colors. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel comfortable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (thank you Evelyn and Claudia!) The room was spacious and cozy, with a very

We stayed here for 4 nights with another couple (2 different rooms) and there was one major issue: it was very hot and we could not turn on the A/C. Each room has a temperature control unit but we were locked out of the A/C option since it was November. It was okay to open the

Dear Jrkorzen, thank you for your time. We are really sorry to read your experience was not positive. We really wanted to help and solve the situation, but since it is November and since the temperature outside is low in this season we couldn't switch all the system because of 2 people. We try our best everyday to satisfy any request , but we also lay on our Guests good sense to ask for things that are reliable to everybody that is sharing the experience in that moment. To satisfy your request would have meant to leave all the other Guests without heathing, which is unthinkable for us. We are for the common wellbeing. Your request was like asking for heating in August which is paradossal but it's the same thing you did. So we say again sorry, but common sense is more important than a review. We are also sorry to not read any nice word about your abundant breakfasts at the buffet every morning , the cleanliness of the room and the staff always kind and professional trying to explain you the situation and to reach a deal with you to make your experience a positive one. Best regards

Dear Sir Goodnight from Rome, first of all i would like to know exactly your arrival day, and under wich name is your reservation. Usually if people arrive before the standard check in time (2 o clock pm) we dont have difficulties to take note of passports and take care of bagages, but to have access in to the rooms we cannot guarantee it before the mentioned standard time, 2 o clock pm. "Don't stay in the suite across the street!"
"Rooms facing the back and on higher floors are probably the most quiet ones."
"We loved our triple rooms - they were larger and had both a small sofa and a desk."
