The first impresion is not impressive on arrival, an insignificant door. Inside, the quality is immediately clear. Each of the few rooms a stylish (as in modern Italian style) creation, with luxury bathrooms to match. service was limited (not 24 hours) but friendly and helpful....More
Good location near Vatican area (5 minutes walk to St Peter's and the Vatican Museum),clean and quiet. Filomena is very kind and helpful person! I found this place through Tripadvisor, and the reviews seemed positive and the price was right. Everything's true :)

This Bed and Bath is in a great position, we didn't take taxi or metro to move around the Rome, only on foot!
The staff is very kind and helpful and they speak English. They clean our room every day. The breakfast is good.

Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
