Spending only a night in Rome, the hotel Raffaello was especially nice for several reasons, it was elegant and quick to get to, had a staff that was able to recommend a great restaurant, a good breakfast in the morning and then a cab to the station.........everything one needs in a hotel. Would stay again. Our room was wonderful patterns...

Stayed here in October 2016. A really nice hotel located in Monti which is a nice safe area. Plenty of restaurants in the road that this hotel is in plus a gelateria- well used! Room was spotless and the hotel was quiet with a good breakfast- no complaints about any of it and I would give it a thumbs up...

We could not have stayed in a more convenient place in relationship to location to visit all the sites. I made my reservation six months in advance and received a phenomenal rate and the best room in the house – 502 - big room, roof-top patio, lots of closet space, comfortable bed, choice of pillows and nice size bathroom in...

This hotel was awesome! The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom with the huge tub/shower was simply divine. The breakfast buffet was very delicious with lots of choices from cereal, fresh fruit, bagels, pastries, eggs etc. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The Raffaello is also conveniently located via a short walk to taxis, cathedrals and the...

When we arrived to our room, I was disappointed. Our room (410) was very small, the decor is not very inviting and the bed was uncomfortable, due to the very thin mattress. The room does not smell "fresh" and there was left over garbage on the floor as well. The area that the hotel is located in, though central, is...

Good morning, we are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. Some clarifications regarding your review: room 410 is 22 square meters, measurement standard for Rome and the category ( standard room ) , Hotel Raffaello has superior room that are bigger with a terrace. The rooms are cleaned and checked twice before each arrival at the hotel....

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I really enjoyed it. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. Best of all, it is located in the fun neighbourhood of Monti, close to great restaurants and bars, and in walking distance to many sights, including the Colosseum. As a solo, female...

This is a very traditional hotel within walking distance of Central Station but on a quiet road. Yes, as others have said, the rooms are small but they have character and ours had a balcony which opened up to church rooftops. A satisfactory breakfast sets you up well for the day and there are always tea\coffee and croissants freely available...

Stayed here for four nights while seeing Rome. Hotel very convenient to train station, within walking distance. Staff were very helpful. Room was not ready when we arrived but they suggested a place to eat and by the time we got back room was ready and bags in room. Breakfast was very good.
