Beautiful hotel, great rooms, nice location. The staff was very welcoming, offered us directions and was ready to help us. Breakfast very good, plenty of choices for all tastes. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. A very pleasant stay for sure.

I chose this hotel on the basis of very positive reviews posted on this site, which I can confirm were completely accurate and reliable. It is a small 3 star hotel that is at the very top of it's class. The staff are friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. The buffet style continental breakfast was excellent, as was the availability of...

Just a 10-15min walk from Termini station, this hotel was a fantastic spot from which to explore Rome. It's the opposite side of the city to the Vatican, so we opted for a metro ride (€1.50 each for a single trip - bargain!). Other than that though, everything was within walking distance. As soon as we arrived the guy on...

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the central station, very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and helpful - within 5 minutes of arriving they had booked a restaurant for that night. Our room was quiet and well-appointed, the shower powerful, the breakfast good, tea, coffee and pastries available all day. All in all an excellent...

Our first time in Italy and we loved the location of this hotel. As to be expected, rooms are small, shower was small but you don't spend much time inside the room anyway. Continental breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. Walking distance to Train station and abut 15 mins walking to Trevi, Pantheon and shops.

I don't know if I'm a bit of a travel snob but I found the hotel to be no more than a two star, the mattress was almost worn to the threads, the room was tiny and the view was a brick wall three feet out of my window. We didn't even stay, felt we were very mislead. The area...

Stayed here Feb 2017, good location, about 10 mins walk from the termini train station and about 10 mins from the Colosseum, lots of small restaurants and bars near by. The hotel is very good, very clean and well furnished, we stayed in a family room which was plenty big enough for the 3 of us, only down side is...

We spent five days at the Hotel Raffaello, late January 2017, taking advantage of a special offer including flights. We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel is five minutes from the number 2 stop on the Red Line Hop On Hop Off bus stop at the Sante Maria Maggiore. Staff were very friendly and the Concierge organised a trip to Naples...

I stayed in the Raffaello Hotel for a long weekend break in 2016. The hotel is close to both the main airports in Rome and within walking distance of the center of Rome. The hotel is finished to a high standard and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged my airport transfers for me in private taxis...

We stayed at Rafaello Hotel near Santa Maria Maggiore in January 2017. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel is. A 10-minute walk from Stazione Termini (take via Cavour to the back of SMM, turn right and follow for one block to Via Urbana. Rafaello Hotel is about a block on the left), this hotel couldn't be more...
