The room provided everything you need as well as comfort and pretty surroundings. Bathtub was an unexpected luxury. Good breakfast. It is well located near the train station on a street with lots of small outdoor restaurants and a great pizza and ice cream shop. Thanks to the staff, who all greeted guests and helped immediately. A special thanks to... More

We stayed here one night on the way to a cruise. Great location - a short walk from the Coliseum, with a bonus stop at the Basilica of St Peter in Chains. Hotel was clean and comfortable. (Note to larger guests: this is an older building and the shower is in the corner with a curved door. At 5'10" and... More

We booked this hotel with the reviews that had previously been posted and we were "well pleased" with our three night stay. Ideally located for all major attractions and the termini railway station. They cater a full continental breakfast which sets you up for the day and free coffee in the foyer 24 hrs open access. Fully recommend and well... More

Good location for all our destinations and not too far from the train. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and printed tickets and boarding passes for us without hesitation. The best hotel breakfast of our vacation. Room was clean and quiet, and a welcome cool break from the warm weather. Would stay here again.

We booked this hotel online, sight unseen. Your never sure what you might get, but we couldn't be more pleased. From the very start when we checked in everything was terrific! Massimo was at the front desk and he was pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Our room was small but very clean with a nice sized bathroom. The breakfast was very... More

The Rafaello is a lovely boutique style hotel with a family run feel to it. The staff were all so nice, both at Reception, in the beautiful dining room and the concierges. The location is ideal. You can easily walk to Roma Terminii, the Roman Forum and in the opposite direction the Colliseum. There are several pedestrian streets nearby full... More

We stayed at Hotel Rafaello 2 days pre cruise and 2 days post cruise. During both stays the staff were very helpful, rooms clean, good breakfast and location is great; very handy having a supermarket a couple of doors down. Our first room had 2 bedrooms so was spacious, but faced an internal courtyard so was very dark and smelt... More

We were upgraded to one of the superior rooms with a balcony with a small table and a couple of chairs. Great place to chill out and have glass of wine after a long day of running around in Rome as tourists do. Good room, pleasant service, good breakfast. We will be going back!

The Raffaello Hotel is very conveniently located near the main train terminal (Termini) and within easy walking distance to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. the hotel is clean, has a luxurious lobby and nice bathrooms in the rooms. The breakfast is a very nice combination of a European continental breakfast with American options (fried eggs, bacon, etc). I recommend the... More
