Unprofessional staff - they told me the room was available for prolongation, but ultimately it was not, which they should have told me before. Disappointment #1. Then, they threw away a diploma document I forgot in the room without asking, which they should have kept at the reception for at least one day. Not the first time that happened in Italy actually. Rule #1 of good hostelry: don’t throw the belongings of your guest away... Disappointment #2. Rooms nice and clean though.

We spent a couple of nights at the Parker , which is under new management, the desk staff are very helpful and friendly, they asked a few times if we where happy with the room , the hotel is spotless, beds very comfortable , and they serve a Continental style breakfast in the breakfast room downstairs , this hotel is great value for money and is situated very close to some tourist sites , within walking distance , we will definitely return, we always book this hotel every time we visit Rome. Well done to everyone and good luck with your new adventure.

Went on a solo trip to Rome. Good hotel booked a 2 persons rooms for single use. The rooms with one bed is pretty small but okay. Hopefully you are exploring the city and only are sleeping in your room. So size doesn’t matter. Tv didn’t had any tv channels only had radio. When I asked if that was normal the answer was ‘why would you watch tv no one watched tv anymore’ so couldn't watch tv for the whole stay. The locker wouldnt work and the wifi on the 4th floor wasn’t working after one day. Hopefully for the next guest they fix it. Room was clean, didn’t used breakfast. It is really easy to get coffee ore tea at a bar with a croissant ore something else. More fun to be under the locals. To go to the city center you need to have good walking shoes ore get by metro, tram ore bus. It’s not a 5 min walk to the centre. Tip buy your tickets already online allot of sightseeing things only use tickets and then you might don’t stand in a long line.

I ended up in Hotel Parker by pure chance. I had booked a rather modest room in a nearby hotel (Infinito). Upon arriving there, there seemed to be some issues with my booking (probably due to the fact that I had booked via AirBnb). Although fixed in after a few minutes of waiting they offered me to upgrade my room, with the catch that I would have to move to a nearby hotel owned by the same chain. Ten minutes walk, and I was at Hotel Parker. The receptionsit was extremely helpful, the room was very spacious, cosy and recently renovated, the internet was very fast (not always the case in Rome, I learned). The breakfast (which I don't think was included in the room I booked at first) was not yet available at the hotel, since they had just finished renovating (as I understood, there has been a recent change in ownership, too), so I was given a coupon to spend in the nearby Manzoni café: a solution which I found very felicitous, especially since Manzoni (3 min walk away) is a typical neighborhood bar with excellent coffee and a decent selection of typical Italian pastry. All in all, I had a great stay, and I will definetely consider Parker Hotel next time I will be in Rome.

We visited Rome before and we liked liked the hotel we stayed at so we decided to return but we couldn't remember the name of the hotel. And we ended up at Parker. Soon we realized IT was not the hotel we were looking for. The area is filthy, Lots of garbage on the street. Not safe around Termini, especially ar night. We booked hotel with breakfast included so we were puzzled the next dau when we were informed that we can't serve anything at the hotel because they are "restoring" the serving area. We said ok and we went to a local pub to serve the meal. IT was just a coffe and a croissant. If we wanted anything else, we has to pay. Not even a glass of water was not included in their "rich breakfast and sweet bufet" as they wrote in their site. In the last day,the pub was closed so they sent us to another hotel, under the same management. There (I think it was called hotel Infinitum or something), surprise! There was no food,no one at the reception, the guests were serching anywere for something to eat ore drink. IT was just a poorly coffee maker and three empty juice boxes. And some dirty tables. We had to call at Parker and to explain the situation. 10 minute a later, a man came and brought 10 croissants. For all the people. We were 6 in our group and there were other guests sent from Parker as well as the guests from that hotel. Of curse we wanted to tall to the manager, we called again and the reception boy from Parker said She will come. She never came. When we returned for our luggage She said She was not informed. Lies,She knew exactly the situation. Other aspect that you must consider If you still want to came at Parker hotel, is the noise. You can hear everyone and everything outside your room. The walls are very thin. A good aspect is that the cleaning lady does her job properly and the rooms are clean. But that ia the only good aspect. We would never return there and I advice You to look for a better place. You can find much better places to stay at the same price ore even at a lower price.
