This hotel is wonderfully located: a couple of minutes' walk from Foro Romano and the Colosseum, has easy access to the metro network, and an abundance of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious with basic yet neat amenities. The receptionist, Dimitri, is extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is modest but that's way more than most hotels in Rome offer. The... More

We had to book this hotel when Colosseo Relais cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before we were to arrive in Rome. Through some kind of error, we accidentally booked 2 rooms (long story -- also never use Expdedia!). We tried to explain upon arrival that we only needed one room, but the manager gouged us for 2 over-priced... More

So we book all the way back in January for a July visit. We are really glad that we booked as the location, cleanliness & staff made this boutique hotel a real gem. We were impressed by the two main helpers Shumi & Dimitri who made our week stay a very comfortable experience. Rooms were always cleaned, tv was provided... More

Can't beat the location! Easy walk to Roman Forum and Colosseum (nearby Colosseum Metro stop means easy access to most of the city). Staff was very friendly and helpful! Lots of delicious restaurants and gelato around. Room was comfortable.

The first comment is that this is more a B&B style establishment, in a 2nd floor of a renovated palazzo. The best thing is its location, to Forum & Colosseum, to the Monti and Celio neighborhoods, and with only a bit of walking, to Via del Corso, Piazza Navona and Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, i.e. nearly every place of interest.... Location is ideal; walking distance to all main tourist attractions. Rooms and common areas are extremely clean. Helpful, friendly staff helped us get oriented and make the most of our holiday in Rome. Breakfast not great but served as a snack and we ate again on the go. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

The Caesar House Hotel is my only hotel in Rome. The rooms are perfectly sized and furnished perfectly. The bathrooms are clean and function very well. Breakfast is perfect and offered during convenient hours during the morning. In addition, the staff is simply fantastic, making sure your stay is perfect. Although there are many options for accommodations in Rome, I... More

A comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is sufficient, but the breakfast room is a little cramped at peak times. The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful; you can walk to the colleseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps, and the pantheon. The metro is nearby and this means the Vatican is only 20 minutes... More

We stayed here on our trip to Rome on the recommendation of a colleague. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean. It's located very close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, which was convenient for us. It's not a luxury hotel, but if you are looking for a clean hotel, with good staff and reasonable prices,... Monti
Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighborhood just west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season, quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its cobblestone streets. The neighborhood supports unique and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime residents as well as hipsters on the hunt.
