Stayed here for one night as we were traveling through Rome. It’s a nice place that is kind of far from the center though there is cheap public transportation to Piazza Popolo (close to city center). The staff is very friendly. Good breakfast. Lots of cute shops around. The room is well sized and the bathroom is very nice - great towels. Bed is comfy, pillows are flat but you can double up. however the AC was broken in our room and we had to open the window in the night which then made it too cold (wintertime). Also room next to smoking area and the smoke was coming in to our room. Since we only stayed one night, we didn’t bother telling the staff but they seemed responsive. They booked us transit to the airport and we got there in 30 minutes without traffic.

Stayed her for a week for work. I thought the service was top notch. From the front desk, food service, bar tending, everything, all were polite and helpful. The room was ok. Standard European size which is small. Bed not that comfy. I think the AC was shut down for the season so I had to open a window at night to get a comfy temp. And there is smoking allowed somewhere in the hotel. Each night when going back to my room it reeked of cigarette smoke in the hall and in my room and would eventually dissipate. The cost was reasonable per night. The lobby area was nice. We had lunch on site a couple days and was actually pretty good. As far as location it was maybe a 10-15 Euro Uber to the city center. I’d have no problem staying again. And also Da Bruno next door was good for lunch and dinner at a convenient location literally a 15 second walk.

The room was beautifully decorated with a clean and quite elegant bathroom. We had a lovely outside porch area with a table and chairs. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed their fresh apple juice. The neighborhood is beautiful! We always felt safe and enjoyed many evening strolls to a variety of bars and restaurants. The only downside is that it’s not centrally located to the tourist sites in Rome.

Comfortable, good air conditioning (eventually moved to a room that it worked in), breakfast fine. No evening meal facilities but places nearby. Staff helpful. Not much else to say but TripAdvisor needs 200 characters minimum.
