I just wanted to convey, Thanks to the entire Accor team for our pleasant stay. I wanted to mention a few names who have been great with the services Alosis at the restaurant who was remarkable with his hospitality and my family absolutely adored him. Chef Varun Rajput for the great Food. Food was far beyond our expectations and finger licking 😊 Last but not the least Akshay from the restaurant, who had a pleasing personality and serviced us with the smile. Over all I would like to rate my stay 10/10 or if there is a category to chose more 😊, would love to do that. I left my feedback on Expedia and Google. Thanks for the wonderful stay once again, looking forward to stay again on New year’s eve. Special mention Ramnik Chaudhary because of whom Accor has always been my favorite brand.…
The somewhat inconvenient location of the hotel is compensated by the shuttle service - very nice service indeed. The Internet was easy to connect and more than adequate. The restuarant was very good with good food and an excellent wine list. The staff were all very friendly and professional.
I stayed here 3 nights in January 2020 for work. I was working for a company which possesses a large office about 10 minutes drive away. As such, it suited me down to the ground. But I spoke to some of the tourists there, and it is certainly a long way from the Rome you would see on a postcard. There is nothing wrong with that, but the transport options are limited if you are not on a coach or in a taxi. The roads in the area are absolutely terrible, so even if you are in a taxi or coach you will notice that the roads mean you drive very very slowly and bounce up and down a lot. But you are not here to read a review of the roads. The hotel is a standard Novotel probably decorated for the last time in the late 90s - so you know what to expect - one piece bathroom unit with round shower curtain, wooden veneer seats and furniture, and those funny light switches by the bed. I slept well. As you can see from the photos, it is pretty spartan outside - but don't be surprised if you wake up with the window open - the highway is just about a kilometre away and that will start making noise about 05:00. The bed was comfortable and the bedding clean and in good condition. The carpet was quite well looked after. The desk was the usual slide out wooden veneer - more than big enough for dinner or working. Plenty of power sockets by the desk but not so many near the bed. The hotel bar was pleasant and the staff friendly. I had room service several times and the food was fine. The breakfast was also a nice surprise, with a friendly team and excellent scrambled eggs. They could cook the bacon a bit more though! Reception was friendly and efficient and found me taxis and gave me information whenever needed. If you need to be in the neighborhood, a good choice.…
As we had visited this hotel through star tour. The experience in this hotel was good but the staffs were not friendly. But the rooms were very good with ample space and amenities were goood.food was also good.
This month we visited Rome as famiky to visit the impotant places. When booking for the hotel, i was tempted by the price for Novoel Est at La Rustica. I had no idea that the location is terrinle to commute from Roma Termini, not to mention its popularity for crime area that i came to know from a local taxi driver. As the only train station in decent walking distance has no street lights and a bushland to me, everyday we had to get a taxi from Tiburtina station to the hotel and that qas terrible as well for cost and tereible traffic. On top of all these, the hotel facilities were like that of 2 stars. After a few days we moved to a hotel near Roma Teemini and that saved our ordeal.
