The location was excellent and the 24-hour reception is very convenient. Breakfast was enjoyable with fresh pastries every day. The room was very comfortable with a great view, however not everything in the room worked perfectly and had to be tinkered with. Great bang for your buck!

Very difficult to find as there are no visible signs for the hotel. Room was very small, dated and the bathroom was very tired and so small it was difficult to get in and out of the shower, once you get hot water, which takes around 20 minutes to come though! Not a 4 star hotel at all. Very disappointed

We were a family of four (two adults, two children 11 and 14) looking for a base to go sightseeing over a four-day trip and this hotel really surpassed our expectations. It is brilliantly located for walking to the various sights being only a ten minute wander from the Trevi Fountain in one direction and something similar to the Colosseum...

The location is perfect in the city centre: 5 minute to metro/central train station; 10 minutes to colosseum; 2 minutes to Supermarket; all nice restaurants around. 2.The workers there are perfectly helpful and friendly. After a 4 star hotel last year and not really being in the hotel, opted for a 3 star this time round. The difference is more than a star apart, more like 2 stars. It wasn't easy to find at all. The room was a little cramped but enough for what was needed. The bathroom was small. The toilet seat...

This is advertised as a 3 star, but to be honest the room we stayed in was probably what you would expect of a 2 star in the UK.It was a cramped triple room. There was a fridge which didn't appear to work and there was a hole in the bathroom wall and some black mold in the shower cubicle.( Room 10)...
