Spent 2 nights in the hotel, arrived before midday, and was happy to check in early. The room was on the 1st floor extremely small with double beds. Bathroom had a shower very small. Although it was clean it badly needs a refurb-just like the whole bedroom. Cracks and suspicious black spots on the tiles and sink. Pedestrian roads are... More

Arrived here quite late , welcomed by 2 staff members who where friendly. Are room was very clean and traditional.. the hotel is just on the outskirts of the city centre but on a small busy road. Bus stop just around the corner. Breakfast was basic but nice on the rooftop of hotel.

This hotel was somewhat outside town but very clean and once you knew your way around was easy to access the centre. The best way was to use the Metro from this location although it was a 15 minute walk away. We did not have breakfast there but did find it difficult to find places to eat close by during... More

My partner and myself stayed here for 3 nights in November 2016. The hotel was well kept and a great base as we were out sightseeing in Rome all day. The breakfast at €5 per person was a bargain. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. This is a perfect city break hotel, not luxurious but... More

A very basic hotel. The first room on the ground floor was dark and the bathroom was disgusting. We were moved to a much bette 2nd floor room. The directions from the metro were very poor. Once we were at the hotel the directions to the metro made clear it was quite a handy hotel for Rome centre. The breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 night. It's really out of the centre. As we arrived the guy on the reception didn't make us feel welcome at all. There were 2 guys from the reception, one we saw in the afternoon and evening and the other one doing nights, they were not friendly and not helpful at all. One... More

Room pleasant, quiet area, bed and breakfast only. Breakfast served on the top floor, cold food, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, croissants with different fillings, delicious. Staff very helpful. Advised where to get evening meal which was excellent. Approx 15/20 walk to metro and 5/10 ride into the centre of Rome cost of ticket 1.5€

Just had two good nights at the Romoli Hotel. This is a great location, close enough to the metro for easy access to the city but away from the tourist spots so you can enjoy a bit of real Italian atmosphere. This is also a great place to walk across the local municipal park to visit the largest unspoilt catacombs... More

We have just arrived back from a few days in Rome. Clean cheap room. Breakfast 5 Euro. Very good value. I did feel the reception staff could have been more friendlier but that did not put us off. We arrived by train from the airport and the website tells you where to get off but no more further instructions. Bus... More

Our arrival by airport transfer left us feeling a bit apprehensive, out of town and not in a 'pretty' location. However, our impressions proved to be unfounded... The hotel is very welcoming, the staff very helpful. The room was very comfortable, and clean, with a balcony looking over a park, which we later worked out led to views of the... More
