Nice concierge, clean rooms, calm hotel and close to everything. 5min to Trevi. 10min to Spagna. 30min walking to Termini. By tube 15min to Termini. Coliseum 20 min by tube. 30 min walk to Vatican. Around the corner is nice restaurant with daily menus. Lift was not working when we visited, but we had plenty of gelatos to burn. Breakfast...

A great way to experience the charm of the people. With a window that overlooked a busy street easily accessible to the metro and bus, the room was soundproof. So we had restful warm sleep all 5 nights-much needed after extensive touring. Elevator and shower stall were small as we expected, But the room was large, nicely lighted and very...

My husband stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The location is great! The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain are just a few minutes away by foot. A walk to the Pantheon is about 16 mins and the colosseum is about 20 mins. This hotel is close to metro station and Roma termini. Lots of nice restaurants near the hotel and...

In the city center, the hotel is perfect for those who came for a visit of the ancient Rome. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the food is quite good. Close to important objectives, the hotel represents the best choice for spending a few days in the center of Rome.

This hotel is walking distance to Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. My adult children took their morning runs there before the crowds. We had two rooms with an adjoining balcony which was convenient. The rooms themselves were tired - they had a dusty, dingy, worn feel. We had no blankets on the bed other than the worn coverlet. The bathrooms...

Small hotel but close to major attractions and the train station. Breakfast was decent and included with the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would come back again

Stayed for one night in september: the hotel is basic, decent size rooms even if the decorations are slightly more colourful than it should have been. Bathrooms are small- the way the hotel is built makes the rooms different in layout but try to ask for the room with a balcony, a nice place to have an early evening drink...

Very quaint hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Elevator or stairs to get to your room. Shower is a bit tricky and small. May not be good for elderly as it is elevated and small. Breakfast included is a nice assortment of pastries, meats, cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereal, fruit juices and coffees. Within walking distance to the Trevi fountain,...

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
