My wife and I have spent 4 days in this hotel. A very big thanks goes for both receptionists Alexia and Franco. Alexia suggested 2 very good restaurants while Franco suggested interesting places to visit. These guys were extremely helpful with us. The rooms were always clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited in choices but everything was genuinely and fresh.

We arrived early (12) thinking we would be told to come back but no the man at reception was lovely. Our room was perfect great shower power point near mirror (so I could dry my hair), tv to watch the euros 2016 and a fridge. We requested clean towels everyday which we got. There wasn't a kettle but we didn't... More

We have been their in July. The breakfast is not free as described, the towels are not changed during our stay, the mini bar is not free too. The room was clean and well organised. I encourage the travellers to ask about every option before booking a room.

Dear Mr Maroun, Breakfast was not included because You, at the time of reservation, chose the “Room Only rate”, which is cheaper but, as the name implies, includes only room and no breakfast. Towels are changed regularly if they are left on the ground, as written on the information sheet in the bathroom and as a costum of all hotels... More

We stayed there on December for 3 nights. Very clean with great rooms, something you expect. The stuff was usually helpful except from our check in when the receptionist was kind of busy. The breakfast was tasty but not with a huge variety, although the variety of coffees was more than good! About the location, it's 15 minutes (on foot)... More

Just returned this week from a two night business trip to Rome. This was not the hotel I had initially booked, but when I learned that the other place did not provide wifi service in the rooms, I switched to this one. The wifi here worked okay, enough to send my emails, but forget about streaming Netflix or doing much... More

From the outside it does give you that 4-star hotel image until you walk into your Room. Our room was a double room and very spacious. It was 30 degrees everyday and what they call 'air-con' is basically a massive Cold Fan . Our first night the room was so hot I had to open the windows and move the... More

Room was livable although you could hear what your neighbors were up too, which I really wasn't interested in. Breakfast sucked. They rate themselves as a 4 star hotel but in reality I would say the standard is no more than between 2-3.

Not satisfied with breakfast, no even fruits or salad. And too noisy. And they always switched off the air condition , I don't know why. They said its a 4 star hotel, I don't think so.Not satisfied for staying there for 4 days. Only it's not far from bus station.

It's not far from metro or bus stations - taking a ride to Colloseum is quitea quick trip. Part of the staff was really helpful and kind, part was not very approachable. It's rather clean, rooms are in a fine standard as for a price we've paid. I wasn't very sattisfied with breakfast, there's a poor choice of meats and... More
