We went to Rome for a much delayed honeymoon JUST as Europe’s opened up. The Naiadi was an indulgent treat. We made wonderful use of the rooftop pool; It was an absolute luxury to be able to cool off and have a cocktail after a hot day of walking around the city. This hotel is in a perfect location for sightseeing and is right on top of a metro station. The staff were incredible; We had some stains on the carpet and called downstairs to let them know that we hadn’t done it. We weren’t concerned with the aesthetic of the room, we just didn’t want to be charged for damaging the carpet. Instead, they upgraded us to a suite with a stellar view of the Piazza della Repubblica. The breakfast is fantastic. It was actually one of the better meals we had during our time in Europe. An incredible Buffet with everything under the sun, and top quality food. Aheb, Giuseppe, and Gemma were incredible to us - they made our time there magical. The only drawback that I can think of is that we had to walk a half a mile down the long hallway to find a bucket of ice. But if that is the only negative thing I can say about this hotel, then take that into consideration.

My family of 3 stayed at this beautiful palazzo for 5 days early May. While we really enjoyed the hotel had excellent service, we might be hesitant to book it again. The Goods: - All the staff members who work there are very friendly and courteous. Service was excellent everywhere - front desk, bar, breakfast buffet, valet. - The hotel is located in a very central area of Rome and is very walkable, with lots of awesome restaurants in its vicinity - The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The bottom floor even had Roman ruins under glass floors. My son spent quite some time admiring the hotel and its grandeur. - We stayed in a junior suite and it is very big with plenty of room to move around. - Hotel is very clean. Our room was spotless. The not so goods: - We stayed on the 3rd floor. It has exposed beams on the ceiling and is absolutely gorgeous ( it was a palazzo before after all) .. However, the walls are very thin and due to the exposed beams, the walls don't go up all the way to the ceiling. Our neighbors were not courteous and thought it was ok to laugh as loud as they could at 3 am in the morning. Needless to say, all 3 of us did not sleep well at all every night ..When we complained, the hotel called the neighboring room and I could hear every single word they said after they were told to quiet down. I should not be able to hear every single word from the other room. If we do come back to this hotel, we will ask for a different room . - Our balcony opened up to a wall. Yes you read right, a wall. Because of this, our room was very dark . - The price per night is steep. Especially considering the issues above. I think if you are considering a hotel in Rome, the Anantara is a great option . Just make sure you ask for a room that did not have the exposed beam ceilings and make sure your room is not facing a wall :) . I will consider staying here again .

We stayed three nights in a junior suite that was an incredibly large double room with a nice large bathroom with lovely shower amenities. The first suite we were offered down a very long corridor far-away from lifts down a staircase was overlooking graffiti and they were quick to give us exactly same room one floor up with a slightly better view -however one can hear the traffic all day And night long. A nice touch of a handwritten note and macarons at arrival. The beds are superbe and although the colours and decoration are very neutral it is an imposing size of a room/ceiling. The room service good and ingredients were excellent. The breakfast is great and the staff cannot work hard enough to assist. We walked most places and the metro is in front of hotel. Easy Uber service too and close to train station to depart from other destinations. It was a good stay however for the eye watering expensive per night of the junior suite and it’s noisy outlook I would book a different room in a future return.

The hotel was outstanding. The bed was amazing, the location was perfect, the breakfast was wonderful, the bar was great, the staff were fabulous. The walls are thick, our room was quiet. We got a junior suite and adored watching the traffic circle. We enjoy public transportation in urban areas and we were close to the metro and a main bus terminal, but there were also taxis close by. Yes, this is an expensive stay, but Rome is one of the most magical places on earth, and even though it's pricey, the service and the experience made it a bargain. We were well cared for, we felt like cherished guests.

I’m a little late doing this review but I really wanted to post something about this hotel. I’m a member of the hotel loyalty program having stayed at various Anantaras across the Far East andMaldives. This was my first time staying at an European hotel with them. I’ve been to Rome many times staying close to the Trevi fountain. This hotel felt a little away from the main attractions but everything was within comfortable walking distance. On checking in, we were upgraded to a suite which overlooked the main Piazza. It was simply amazing. We were on a room only deal. Breakfast was something like 80-90 euros per person which was too steep for us but we couldn’t fault our stay in any way. We were made to feel like super stars from the moment we arrived. I would go back just to stay at this hotel and use their spa. I would highly recommend it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience through TripAdvisor. We appreciate your feedback and are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your stay and we met your expectations. Following your concern about breakfast price, please note that when booked in advanced the cost is €35 per person and €45 when purchased in house. The price includes both buffet than a la cart dishes. I hope this information helped, and that we will have the pleasure to welcome you back soon. Kindest regards, Laura Anastasio Guest Relations & Quality Manager

We had a marvellous stay in early March. The hotel is centrally located and the station and metro are within easy reach. As for the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi…Wow! The Reception desk team were so welcoming each day, Rodica and Rosica were very attentive to us to ensure our stay went smoothly. The Consiege were outstanding in their ability to organise all of our sightseeing tours, Valentina showed efficiency and professionalism, and we did so enjoy little stories with her. Special mention must go to the Chef and Maitre’d , Heros de Agostinis and Damiano Verdono of the newly opened INEO restaurant, who took the time to ensure our meal was carefully chosen, despite preparing for a critics review the following night. One last mention must go to Alex, who consistently greeted us at the main entrance, always smiling and cheerful. Thank you all for a memorable week in your beautiful City. We will return Sarah and Maura

Architecturally elegant hotel with grand guest rooms and public spaces. Excellent restaurants and service. Especially enjoyed the lobby bar and the new SEEN restaurant on the rooftop. Did not visit the spa but will next time for sure. Lovely location not too far from any of the major sites. Highly recommend!
