The 3 stars are completely misleading. I have been in B&B much better than HB. Great location for an hotel that looks like an hostel. The service is great and the staff very friendly. It would be a nice compromise if you are only looking for a place to stay and no demand nor expectation. The toilet is very basic,... More

I find this hotel very comfortable and nice! The place is very close of bus station and city center. It was not necessary to use the public transport as we could get let's say everywhere by walk. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly to us. He helped us with all our queries and questions so we could feel nice... More

This place is in a great location within walking distance to most of Rome's attractions and a short walk from the main train station. Rooms were on the small side but contained everything you need and so if you only need somewhere to sleep then this is the perfect hotel for you. Wifi is not free as advertised so be... More

Location was really good, close to main attractions and Termini station, staff was pleasant too. However, rooms were very basic, could have had a kettle in the room as we had to go to another block of the building to have coffee and croissants which was served for breakfast each day. We found it very noisy in the morning too... More

I've stayed here before and on my return I found the service to be just as good as before. The staff are friendly & helpful, breakfast isn't great but it's sufficient to get your day started. The rooms are minimalist but the A/c works and they are clean, it's reasonably quiet at night & the location is fantastic, less than... More

Interesting hotel, I assume many hotels in Roma are Luke this. While I paid $200 Australian almost...i think this is all you get in Roma. Easy walking to trevi fountain and other sights. Breakfast simple but authentic. Room small but clean sheets and bathroom. Ok for Roma and good easy location. I would like more luxury but finding it hard... More

Very strange set up. Reception in one building, two floors up and the rooms in the next but one building on the first floor. Receptionist was friendly and everywhere was clean. Room was fine, a little tight, hot water wasn't consistent. It was fine for a quick city stay but dont take children

the Baltic is actually 2nd floor of an office block, so doesn't really have a street presence, but the room decor looked just as in the picture on their website. The shower room/toilet was extremely basic. The shower was simply a grating on the floor with a shower curtain around, that draped over the loo of you did not position... More

After reading lots of mixed reviews on this hotel I must admit I was worried about checking in, I soon found I had nothing to worry about!! The reception staff were amazing, our room wasn't ready which they soon sorted for us, the room was spacious and spotless, all you need for the time spent in the room! The room... More

No A/c, no room service, you cant order any thing in room because no kitchen , no sleepers for bathroom, single room size 6 feet by 10 feet. lift don't work, lumpy beds, the reception is one building and rooms are in other building so its not a hotel , its like a hostel room or getting an apartment room,...
