This is a beautiful, perfectly located hotel in The middle of Rome. Located on a quiet street just 15 minutes walking distance of the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and high end shops as well as tourist souvenir shops. Super friendly staff! Diamond members get free breakfast for 2 daily! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Hotel's Favorite
I love this hotel. So modern, stylish but not extravagant with an amazing location. You could walk anywhere from this hotel - Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon. One time I biked to the Castle and walked back. The location is also very close to shopping areas. The rooms are great, not tiny like most European hotels. The bathroom is lovely with the rainfall shower. We were helped by a lady at the front desk for an early check in since the room I selected on the app was not quite available, I forgot her name but she worked on the morning of 8/24/21. So hospitable and kind, thank you. Housekeeping team was great. I asked the FO to have some items printed for me to pick up the next morning, they were done! Doormen and bell men were also great. Honestly, I was torn between Westin and this hotel. I am so glad I chose this hotel. Thank you to the entire team for having us. We can’t wait to come back.

Door staff excellent, food for breakfast and restaurant average. Breakfast staff totally disorganised on 3 of the five mornings. Room and facilities were very clean. Shame about the music being left on/or people up drinking till the early hours in the skybar which disturbed our sleep on 3 occasions. Not worth the extra cost over a good well managed Hilton.

I was very excited about this hotel. I used Chase Sapphire Reserve points for it and was suppose to be upgraded if available, I was upgraded in London. I am also an Amex Platinum card holder and a Hilton Honors member. Sorely disappointed in the incredible small king bedroom we were given when I specifically reserved a deluxe twin room. Initially they wanted to give us a rollaway bed, really, really disappointing. Hotel was unhappy about a request to move but they did and we got a room on the street. Let me tell you , the construction noise start before 7 and it is so very, very, loud. The hotel itself is lovely and the pool top deck great. But really shocked with the room upon arrival. The bar folks Lorenzo and Christian were very welcoming and an asset to your staff.

There's construction work going on on the facade of the building next door and from our window, we had a view of a backyard that was being refurbished - with the noise and inconvenience that went with it. Had we chosen an ordinary 3-star hotel in Rome, our stay would have been much more pleasant, also because the staff was not very helpful and luggage was brought to our room late. The room, too, was tiny, the bed taking up the biggest part. Electricity was tricky, not unlike in a 2-star hotel: the TV shut off automatically after 15 minutes, and the sockets were connected to a light switch in the bathroom, so that we had to keep the light on overnight to charge our phones. Breakfast at Aleph is good, there's a decent variety of food to choose from and it is of excellent quality BUT you have to swallow it all down on tiny tables and chairs, less than a metre away from the guest sitting next to you!!!! Italians being so particular about COVID measures, this leaves one wondering whether one should not have called the police to check on COVID measures not being respected in this 5-star hotel. It's also a shame the management did not at least lower prices because of the ongoing construction work: we spend almost 500 euros per night for one of the most unpleasant stays we've ever had - including 4 and 3-star hotels. Coming from Rome Cavalieri Waldorf Astoria, where the staff is friendly and rooms (including the breakfast area) are spacious, this was really a horrible hotel experience. This being our second bad experience with the Hilton chain (staff at Hilton Venice being so arrogant that one wonders what it is that they are priding themselves on), we will from now on avoid their hotels.

This hotel was modern, spacious and with a heavenly spa in a great location with beautiful rooms. Rechelle in reception was great on check in and recommended and called ahead to get us into a lovely restaurant. Even though the rooftop pool was closed (which did look very inviting) we instead using the plunge pool in the spa which was lovely. Highly recommend the facials in the spa which was one of the nicest facials I ever had. What made the trip was Lorenzo who went way above and beyond and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations and served us some gorgeous drinks and cocktails in the hotel bar. Highly recommend a visit to the bar before going out in the evening. Hotel is in a brilliant location and so near everywhere. Breakfast was lovely. We stayed in the suite and it was great as the kids could be in the adjoining room, we will definitely be back. Thank you to all who made our first holiday post pandemic a lovely and memorable one.

Can’t recommend this hotel more. This hotel is extremely well located just minutes from all of the major sites in Rome. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was so comprehensive and unique. It even included a dessert area! I am looking forward to our next stay here.
