    Beautiful hotel
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is terrific. We stayed in a suite, reserved with my Hilton points, in July of 2023. Having just flown overnight into Rome on an international flight, we arrived into the city to find ourselves in an extreme heat wave blanketing southern Europe. We checked in and unfortunately our room was not ready, but the staff was very professional, friendly, and assisted us with the prompt storage of our luggage. When we were able to check in, our room was spacious, clean, had two showers, and an assortment of Acqua Di Parma toiletries. They were very generously sized, and appreciated. The hotel room had wonderful A/C, which was very necessary, given the high temperatures in Rome during our stay. We only stayed one night, since we rented a car to head north, escaping the high temperatures, however, I would love to stay here again.
Dear Z8871YTdanieller, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am delighted to read that you have enjoyed our hotel during your visits! I am also happy that you are pleased with our friendly and attentive staff, and our Suites. We appreciate you selecting our hotel for your visit in the Eternal City and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Kind regards, Hanen Taboubi Guest Relations Manager

    Cosy hotel in excellent location
I recently stayed in this hotel with my mum. The marble hall is impressive and the rooms are well appointed and feel new. We had a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower and Acqua di Parma toiletries, very confortable twin beds, an armchair, a desk with a chair and a minibar which was included in the rate. Breakfast was served in the morning in the 1930's restaurant. Service from Lucio and Valentina was excellent and personalized, and the choice and quality of food was top shelf. They even had gluten-free pancakes and lemon tart, and a bottle of Prosecco available! Cappuccino and freshly squeezed orange juice were also very good. There was hand sanitizer dispensers at every corner, so we felt very safe even in these difficult times. We also had access, upon reservation, to the indoor pool with jacuzzi and to the sauna. Every time we were the only guests, so that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Rome. One morning there was some banging and hammering in the next located building. After informing the front desk they offered to move and upgrade us to a Junior Suite! In the end we remained in the original room, being close to departure and noise having stopped, but that was a very nice gesture from them. We would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future!
Dear Mrs. LudoSwitzerland, Thank you for your recent stay at Aleph Rome Curio Collection by Hilton, and thank you for such a detailed review. We were pleased to read how much you enjoyed your time with us, and we appreciate you highlighting how great Lucio and Valentina's service was. We will share your gracious comments with them and we thank them for what they are doing daily! We also appreciate the rest of your compliments concerning our restaurant, pool and service! Thank you again for taking the time to write a review, It was our pleasure having you, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next trip in the Eternal City. Yours Sincerely, Hanen Taboubi Guest Relations Manager

GEM boutique hotel in perfect historic center location!
This beautiful, new small hotel is a former bank that has been restored with incredible attention to detail which is evident immediately upon entering the building. The entire staff are the shining stars at the Aleph; enthusiastic, friendly, and beyond helpful. Of special note was Pamela Zullo, Rooms Division Manager who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. We felt very welcomed by all the staff from the moment we arrived. It’s obvious how happy the staff are as you are always greeted enthusiastically by everyone you encounter. Customer service is their number one priority! The rooms are incredibly spotless, amazing comfy bed linens and pillows, Acqua di Parma toiletries and super soft towels all make for a very luxurious stay. Nespresso coffeemakers, electric kettles and a free stocked mini bar (no alcohol) are another nice touch at the end of a long day of sightseeing. You are a few blocks from via Veneto, Borghese Gardens, the Spanish Steps and the famous shopping center Rinascente. You must take an apertif in the stunning Onxy Bar. Their very friendly bartenders Lorenzo and Max will make you an impressive drink using only fresh pressed ingredients. The Rossini is a must try! We used all the amenities of the hotel including their beautiful spa with their fitness center in the former vault of the original bank, another must see! We highly recommend the Aleph Hotel to any discerning traveler visiting Rome.

I’ve stayed here before and the remodel was much needed. The bar downstairs is closed. The rooftop with the dj and pool isn’t my kind of upscale scene. My room had a bad leak from the AC unit. You can see it’s been here for a while. I hope they check for mold in the ceiling when they fix it. Also the sinks drains are unscrewed laying in the sinks. This place is far from a 5 star. I feel very mislead by it claiming to be. The staff service was lacking. I will spend my money elsewhere.

The location is very convenient, at least for me! The rooms are great as well as the service! The neighbourhood is calm and save at night! Saturday night, there is a singer in the bar. By the way, the barman makes nice cocktails! I really enjoyed it and I recommend it!

We cannot say enough about this property in terms of service, food, accommodations and most importantly the sincere friendliness of all who you encounter working there!. Special shout outs to Andrea, Giuseppe, Ilaria and Rossella who made everyday special! We stayed in a wonderful suite with balconies and are already thinking when we will return. Aleph is centrally located to many major sites and restaurants. As a Hilton diamond enjoyed a fantastic breakfast every morning and lots of expresso!. This is the place to stay for a memorable trip to Rome!

Room temperature was not working properly in an unusually hot July. Our friends did not have the same problem. And we were paying for a Junior suite. After numerous complaints to the front desk and the front desk telling us it was fixed, they changed our room to a nicer room the day before we left. The room we had should have never been in service. Despite the air problems the Conceirge was excellent and helped us quite a bit reserving tours. She rescued our trip.

Great hotel, great location. Very welcoming staff. My only complaint was that the rooms did not have any windows so it felt somewhat claustrophobic. Also, be sure to reserve your room rate including breakfast as it becomes extremely costly to add breakfast at the end. We were just a short walk to Trevi Fountain and we were in the center of town. Special thanks to Andrea for welcoming us so warmly at check in.

It is a nice hotel, but you pay a premium to have a pool and you cant really use it as it is always crowded and the water is freezing cold, even in a day of 36C / 97F. Staff is friendly, room is nice, lication ok, but take out the pool and there are many other equivalent hotels at 1/2 the price.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Many of Rome’s most visited attractions are less than 30-40 minutes walk from hotel. Service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was the king terrace room. The terrace was very large. Probably larger than the room. Not really a view as other buildings were the same height or taller. Due to several days of heavy rain we didn’t get much use of it so something to keep in mind when selecting a room. I would have preferred more space in the room. The rooftop bar was very nice but I thought the music was rather bizarre. It was a Friday evening so that may be the party night. The bar music was easily heard from our room but stopped at 2300 sharp. Our dinner, ordered in the bar but delivered to our room, was good. The breakfast buffet, which was included, was very good as well. The bed was very comfortable and I am really particular about what feels comfortable to me. Overall a very nice hotel. I would stay again but would opt for a junior suite.
