This hotel is central to so many sites! Spanish steps are minutes away and so many wonderful restaurants and shops are right there as well. This hotel is elegant and spacious . The staff was so polite and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and larger than other hotels we had stayed at while in Europe.

One of the most lovely hotels I have stayed in. From the lobby you know this hotel is beautiful. The room is very nicely decorated, very clean, the bed is very confortable. The breakfast was very good and diverse, the service very nice. It is about 5 minutes from Fontana dei Trevi and the shopping streets. We will return!

The hotel was terrible, the hotel is split into 2 parts the new part and the old part. The new part is beautiful and lives up to a 5 star standard the old part however is at best 3 stars, the bathroom is dirty and old, the bed and the room are small and uncomfortable. I have never before written... More

I loved the room! I stayed in a suite, which you would expect to be nice, but this room was completely renovated and beautiful. The location is perfect - you can walk to the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain, gelato, excellent restaurants - and anywhere else you want to go. But what made the experience truly memorable was the staff.... More

Booked this hotel as it was close to the centre of the city with just a short walk to most of the attractions, in this respect it is great. Location is perfect. However, one of the reasons i chose it over others was the Spa and rooftop bar, both of which were closed for maintenance. Pre-warning would have been nice!... More

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
