My hotel was overbooked and we had tot stay in another hotel nearby. Location is good nearby the train station and hop-on-hop-off buses. No view outside. Short beds with a poor mattress. Broken air conditioning most of the time.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel from 3rd to the 11th of Aug. from the moment my wife and I arrived the staff were wonderful. The room although small was immaculately clean and big enough for the two of us. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but once inside it is transformed. The reception is manned... More

This hotel is not really that beautiful the building is quite old but at least there is a small elevator for two persons or can help your luggage bring up to the 3rd floor either. Actually the good in this hotel is the location its near the big terminal and other transportations, restaurants and shopping center. Our room is also... More

Dear Mr Uandeye, As i already informed you the 3 stars hotels in Italy do not have a porter to help with your luggage. This is a requirement for the 4 stars (and above) hotels. Obviously if we see anyone in difficulty we are pleased to help him. By the way you were young and vigorous. So if you really... More

The only good thing i can say is the staff at reception were very polite, friendly and helpful, all the rest was not good. 5 adults in a so called suite! The suite is only big enough for a double and a single bed but they pushed in a bunk bed to make up the extra beds. The bunk beds... More

Me and my wife spent 5 days in the Hotel while visiting Rome. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this spic and span family owned Hotel. The Hotel is located just 3 minutes walking from Rome's Central Station! Definitely Reccomend!

We stayed at this hotel from 7th to the 11th of July. We are a family of four and the quadruple room was big enough for us. Moreover, the location was excellent and is only a minute or two away from Termini and all the tourist buses, like the Big Bus. The free breakfast is also good and the wifi... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
