The hotel was really nicely located in the city, close to the colosseum (so it was in the old part of the city), but also close to the some shops. The interior was simple with a couple of beds, a shower with towels and shower gell (even some other basic things like cotton buds), and a water boiler for tea... More

A basic hotel with everything you need in a very good location to all the big sites. The rooms are cleaned daily and new towels are provided. The walls to the hotel are thin which ruined one of our nights as the next room were noisy. However overall a good hotel.

Great location lucky to get top floor "a room with a view", room and bathroom a little on the small side but hey location and hospitality more than make up for any short comings and well priced. Short walk to red or pink or any hop on bus. At Reception the are smiling helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a good location. It is a short walk to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The front desk staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a decent value, at 7.50. There is a little market acoss the street to get drinks and snacks. Now for the cons: the photos on the website are pretty misleading. My husband... More

Such a friendly staff, clean, hotel. Breakfast was very good and service was terrific. Elevator (Lift) was very slow so we took the stairs which was a bit much after all of the walking we did each day on our tours. Air conditioner was great in the room, but it was quite warm in the hallways hiking up the stairs.

Great central location that is so important for a city like rome . i booked directly with the hotel and got a great deal on a their lifestyle room . breakfast met our needs . Negatives: i was on the 1st floor facing a busy street , hotel has no sound proof window and was unable to sleep at night... More

Arrival was pleasant. Although the security policy was strict. My son was not allowed to follow me to the room to help me with the luggage, because he didn´t have his ID with him. Had to go to the rooms through security doors, no access without your roomkey (card). My room was on the "attic", top floor. From the elevator... More

The hotel is located right next to Piazza Venezia and is walking distance from all main attractions in Rome! and I mean ALL! so that was exactly what we were looking for and got it :) plus the price was very reasonable taking into consideration the season and the hotel's location... Other than that - the hotel's staff was very... More

We stayed one night in this hotel, our last in Italy. The central location can't be beat. Breakfast and snacks at attached restaurant met all of our needs. This is an old hotel, with steps and dark hallways, and the amenities are very basic.

Pros: Great location, 10 minute walk to the fountain, colosseum. Roughly half hour walk from train station where we got the bus to from the airport for less than 5 euro each Friendly staff WiFi was free and worked well Cons: Air conditioning hardly worked so we were hot during the night Poor lighting, very dark room No English TV... Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
