Nice place to stay with good breafast and clean rooms. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Always god offers throught booking.com, therefore when you book through Internet you are receiving a fair value.

My husband and I stayed for nine nights recently on a trip to Rome, and found it to be perfectly located in the lovely Prati neighborhood. If you are walkers, you can walk to most of the big attractions, but also enjoy less crowded and more residential Prati with many restaurants and an excellent gelato shop on the same block.... More

It is located on the 6th floor of the building but going up and down is not a problem because there is a lift. Located centrally, 15 minutes walk to the Vatican and other key places. Mariana, the one who welcomed us is so sweet, helpful, accomodating and approachable. She prepared our breakfast every morning. Excellent Breakfast it was. Big... More

Very convenient location in an excellent neighborhood with all you want in walking distance. Close to Vatican (10'), Piazza Popolo (10'), Spanish steps (20'), P.Navona (15'), Campo dei Fiori (25'), etc.... Some sights are further away (Pantheo, Fontana, Colosseum) but within walking distance still and with great sights in between. The value for money for this BB is great, since... More

This tiny B&B totally surpassed all my expectations. It is impeccably clean, welcoming and breakfast was excellent - parallel to one of the main shopping streets and with a bus stop about 50m away. I will definitely book here when I need to visit Rome again.

We stayed there for few nights. The quality of the room was good, clean and the team was very nice even though we had 3 hours delay. Good location to visit Rome. The only downside is the noise. You can hear everyone walking in the corridor, and taking breakfast. Not ideal after a day walking around when you need some... More

Just spent the weekend in Rome with my fiancé. This B&B added to the great experience we had in the area. Barbara and her staff were very friendly and helpful. They booked a private car to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, gave us tourist attraction maps, and recommended the best and cheapest restaurants to dine... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“There's gelateria (ice-cream shop) downstairs, which is open until midnight, so it might be a bit noisy, but you'll get used to it very quickly. Consider ear plugs if you need total silence.”
