The outside its not that good looking, it looks dangerous. But nothing happened to us. It was expensive for the room we got. A B&B a block away with better rooms is cheaper. Like 20 € more. The receptionist was great. The bathroom great. Room not so great.

The hotel is above the standard of Rome hotels. Its located only at 5 minuted walking from Termini Station. The rooms are very clean, air conditioning was functional and the room was sound isolated. The staff was generally helpful and friendly. All facilities provided were functional. The minuses refer to the fact that wifi is available only at the ground... More

pros - quiet location, near Central Station Termini, walking distance to city center. cons - not a 4* hotel at all, it's a joke - small rooms, extremely small shower, wifi only in lobby, horrible breakfast (unfriendly staff, no fruits or vegetables), additional 3€-per-person-and-night city tax, strange area (a lot of strange people around the place all day long, well,... We had booked a room for 3 nights at the nearby Sileo hotel which turned out to be double booked and was in a horrendous building and was more like a backpacker hostel. We were very happy to discover that the Luce hotel across the road had a room available for our stay.On entering the Luce hotel, the receptionist was... More

The location was very good but that was the only good thing. Room was very small and no place where to put the clothes. The TV was like a laptop screen. The breakfast was very poor. All food was packed and not fresh. Coffee was from machine. It was clean though. The reception was very bad and tried to be... More

This hotel is good. Best is a location close by metro termini where are line A and B, main train station and main bus station. Rooms are so small but only for sleeping are good. Receptionist looks like on holiday. If you want clean-ladies will change for you the towels but that's all.

Great location close to train and metro stations so easy to reach airport. Plenty of restaurants close by. Our room was snug but I did see bigger rooms. Very clean. Air conditioned. Reception was always helpful. Breakfast was ok but used coffee machine and tasted like dish water. Wifi was in reception so inconvenient. TV was only in italian. There... More

Stayed here for 1 night and that was enough. Moved to another hotel for the other 2 nights in Rome. Definitely not a 4 star wifi was down in reception and not in the best area. Much better value for money heading the other way from the train station which was the only good thing about it being just around... More

Its very near Termini, only 5 mins walk. Clean & nice hotel but room is small, no air condition, & very small bath room. Staff no smile but some how helpful. Breakfast ok. Wifi only at lobby. Don't expect too much & you'll satisfy with it.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
