The location was perfect for us with lots of the main sights within walking distance, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful with any questions. Our room was the perfect size for us, lovely and clean, if a little dated. We heard no noise despite our room overlooking the road. The breakfast was basic but enough with cereals, toast, fruit, pastries and hot and cold drinks.
The hotel has a great location. The rooms are big and everything was very clean. I had a problem with the shower on the first room and I was moved to a second one when everything was working as expected. Breakfast is a little confuse because you have to pre-order the things that you want and the reason is the COVID, but the people working there are so nice and make everything works. Good experience.
A very welcoming hotel, clean and generous breakfast. The staff was very friendly and attentive to all requests. The positioning of this hotel makes it very attractive, because you have access to public transport to all the tourist objectives.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel two days pre and post cruise. The first stay was nice, room was comfy and clean. Good hot water for a shower. The breakfast was excellent and was included and the staff at the reception and breakfast room were very helpful. Housekeeping was good. The second time we stayed post cruise we got an even nicer room with a king size bed and smart TV where we were able to access some great movies. This hotel is close to several amenities, great restaurants and walkable to the Tiber river and close to the tram. It only cost us 13 euros for a taxi to the Vatican area. We will very likely stay here again!
We arrived Fri 4th Oct staying for three nights. We were in room 410, reception staff very friendly. Room small but big enough for us. Air con in the room although this was not very powerful. Shower in bathroom very small, we both had to crouch under showerhead. Hairdryer in room didnt work but I had taken my own anyway. Bed quite uncomfortable. Location was approximately 10minute walk from Termini Station. Would recommend hotel but if we return we're hopefully going to try and stay nearer centre.
Very clean and comfortable hotel with room safe, fridge and basic toiletries. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Fairly small room but certainly a comfortable base for exploring Rome, quite close to Metro station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast wasn’t included but available for €10 per person per day, payable at the end of the stay. This was buffet style with scrambled eggs and bacon, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, pastries, juices, hot drinks and continental breakfast items. The cafeteria was small and extremely busy; food was nice but eggs weren’t hot even when just put out. Tasty though and a good way to start the day. €4 per person per night tourist tax payable at end of stay.
We decided to stay at the hotel as part of our city escape hooneymoon. While the room was basic it was fit for purpose for our use. The air conditioning was a god send with temperatures in the mid 30s. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our trip as easy as possible. We were also greeted with a bottle of wine tl celebrate our hooneymoon. While people may complain that the decor was dated, we actually liked the rooms character because it felt like we had gone away. The shower was good and the beds comfortable. I would definatslt stay in the hotel again.
This hotel was in a great position for visiting the sights of Roma. Situated outside the main city of Rome it is away from the noise of the streets. A very clean and comfortable room with continental breakfast included. The staff were also very polite and friendly. There are also a number of local restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend.
The hotel is well located in a quiet area not far from Piazza Fiume (la Rinanascente department store) and via Veneto. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The surprise is the terrace where you can have breakfast; it's located in the middle of other buildings, so you don't have any special view (if you are looking for that kind of experience, go to Eliseo Hotel in via di Porta Pinciana, you'll not regret it) but in spring and summer is so nice to spend time in open air.
Stayed here with friends for a weekend. All staff are really friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy and ideal if just using as a base to sleep and wash ! Good breakfast. 10 minute ish walk to metro, 5 minute walk to tram stop. Tobacco shop opposite sells travel tickets. Highly recommend the little restaurant next to the hotel on the corner. Would stay again.
