Very well situated. The rooms are small and the walls, oh well, you are better off camping... It is grandiose. Lot's of room in the lobby. Nice decor, bar and restaurant. Please do not get fooled by it!

This was our second visit to this hotel with our son and his two children . We had all enjoyed our first stay very much . Sadly this is a hotel in decline . Despite numerous efforts to book their shuttle from the airport to the hotel , only the day before our arrival did they inform us it was not available . We had booked two junior suites but when we arrived late at night neither room had the sofa bed made up , despite booking for three people in one suite . In our suite the rubbish bin was still full of the previous guests rubbish . The following morning I asked for the manager but none was available during our stay- from Thursday to Sunday . Due to bad fitting Windows on one side of the hotel which results in loud banshee like wailing noise every time the wind blows we had to move to a suite a cross the corridor . As this had happened on our first stay I had specially requested that we not be put in a room on that side of the hotel . In our son's bathroom half the shower door fell off and he had to screw it back so the children wouldn't be hurt . In our bathroom there were live wires jutting into the shower ( we have photos of same) with just masking tape around them . Our room was never cleaned during our entire stay despite having the sign out requesting it. Breakfast was a disappointment compared to the first stay with very slow service . It is no longer a place to be recommended , rather a hotel to avoid .

The hotel looks amazing and is situated close to cornelia metro. However the rooms needs some serious updating....beds are hard airco not functioning and the bathroom moldy.... Staff was not very helpful, arranging a shuttle took me 5 emails, opening the stuck roomsafe 45 minutes for somebody to show up. The fitnessroom is the most modern area of the hotel unfortunately difficult to get access to :( With so many hotels in rome try and find a better one!

This was a trip booked for a weekend away with friends. It was a disappointment to say the least. Upon arriving to the hotel I was wary the surrounding area was dirty and rough but the hotel itself looked stunning from the outside. Additionally inside the reception, and rooms on the ground floor were equally impressive which made us excited for the stay. But then, the female receptionist was rude and appeared she didn’t want to serve us. No smiley welcome, introduction to the hotel facilities, explanation of breakfast expectations or anything. Given room keys and told to get the lift. Lift wasn’t working and we were on the top 4th floor and had to haul our cases up there our selves. Once on the 4th floor our faces dropped! What happened to the 4 star beautiful hotel we just saw? The corridor was unfinished. Decorating not complete, loose wiring and damaged furniture about. When getting into the room we were also very disappointed. It was very small, basic and an unclean bathroom. No tea and coffee making facilities and very uncomfortable beds where you could feel the springs. We stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned only on the last day with dust looking like it hadn’t been touched in weeks. Not only that every time we got into bed we were bitten alive by something. This resulted in me requiring medical attention when back in the uk due to serious swelling and yellow puss oozing from my legs. All from the dirty room. On the first night we wanted a snack but no big meal from the restaurant. They stated although something small wasn’t on the menu they could still provide this for us which we though was helpful. Well we got a bread basket and a small platter of cheese and ham and they charged us €60 which they clearly made up!! What a rip off. If you want to enjoy your stay on Rome. DO NOT stay here. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff, disgusting flea ridden rooms and overpriced. Didn’t take many pictures but a few attached
