Very good reception staff that treated me with dignity and respect even though I am a tourist and there's too many of us, so thank you for this. Breakfast buffet is outstanding. Quality of room was very good. Bed is big and comfortable with no issues. Soap bar in the bathroom is actually big and not a little cheap thing found elsewhere, which tells me they're not cheaping out on my experience.
Absolutely remarkable location, green oasis in the dynamic city of Rome. Peaceful ambiance, great services, staff and particularly --> the room. The metro is within walking distance which makes the overall convenience complete. You can get everywhere within an acceptable amount of time. time. In the evening it is great to return to the peacful environment of the hotel. We spent 4 days, but could have stayed forever.. ;)
My late wife and I stayed in the hotel four times and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the friendly staff (Marco in particular) and the breakfast. I have treasured memories of us sitting in the outside bar area and being so well looked after by Marco. I will go again on my own to remember the good times we had. The rooms were clean and tidy and the food was delicious. There is easy access to the Metro and it is a short trip into the city centre. We stayed in the hotel between 2012 and 2016 but I was not able to put that date below. Ivan Hawthorne, Ballycarry, Northern Ireland.
When I booked this stay with my children to see Rome, there were very few reviews on Tripadvisor and I was a little worried that I had made a mistake. I had not. The hotel is set off a busy road and a short distance from the metro which gets you to all the sights of Rome with ease. It is quiet and clean and the breakfast was well organised and my fussy eater very much enjoyed the fruit, yoghurts and pancakes each morning. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, although not in the centre of the city it was nice to be in the quiet setting after a busy day exploring - and the kids liked that the Wi-Fi was good too!
the hotel is within walking distance to metro station, with very green and peaceful surroundings and plenty of parking space. Very modern interior and bars. The hotel staff is very helpful and nice, we had a nice stay overall.
We've booked a double room , but since the covid virus got us one week before our trip we were not able to cancel our reservation. The hotel manager and staff have been so graceless and unkind with us. I understand that business is business but this is not an Hotel client oriented. Br G
We are staying in this hotel at this moment! I liked it so much that i wanted to write a review directly. Hotel is surrounded by beautoful nature, staff is amazing and the rooms are great. And if you want to see the italian culture, this hotel is the one for you. Everything looks italian and for me, that is what i want to experience in a foreign country. To feel the culture. I recommend this hotel 100%.
I was staying in the hotel during my participation on a international forum. The hotel has excellent congress events of this kind with 6 meeting rooms and a large auditorium which was perfect for the event I took part in. The service is very good I have an impression that the staff is very reserved and professional. The WiFi signal is weаk in many parts of the hotel including the loby and the restaurant and ofcourse in some rooms. The hotel has a beautiful garden you can enjoy. The hotel is very close to a metro statiotn (Cornelia) and just a few stations to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi etc.
It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel! Everything was perfect. The room very clean and conforlable, the restaurant (we had breakfast included) with good and varied food. Simona was very helpfull there! A very good staff. We loved staying here!
I was quite shocked to see the reviews of the church palace here. I stayed there for a few days while working in rome in Oct 2019. To be honest it wasnt very busy and it was kind of low season but considering the stunning building interiors and location you coudnt fault the price. I was with someone who could be considered famous there for a few hours while they were waiting for a flight and they were amazed at the hotel. They said they'd been in six stars that didnt look that good. If you wanted to go to central rome it was straight up the metro. If you wanted to stay local the main drag had very friendly restaurants, cafes bakeries et al. Its a stunning hotel in a local neighbourhood that lets you experience both. And its at the end of one of romes metro lines. I dont honestly get the oppropbrium the hotel seems to receive here.…
