We had a room at the side building, with classic style lift and Victoria style 2-floor room.

Quite near from the train station. About 10min walking. Great staff, very friendly. Breakfast was quite OK. Rooms are pretty standard but the bed was quite comfortable which it is more than you need to walk the whole Rome. AC was working good.

Dear Mr Emilio, thank you for your kind reporting. It will be a real pleasure to have you back in our Hotel soon. Waiting for you, best regards
This was a conference recommended hotel for an international conference, which is disappointing. The hotel was poorly equipped, disorganised and cramped. It may be OK as a bus tour hotel, and it is close to Roma Termini, but has little else to recommend it.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
