This hotel is very well placed if you want to have easy access to the touristy places especially the Vatican , this hotel is easy to get to but has practically no parking spaces so if your in a car you will need to park on the street outside the hotel grounds, the staff were very friendly & helpful in every matter we asked about , there is a roof top area with seats & tables for you chill out at any time of day or night , the breakfast is a continental one with fresh coffee or tea so just help yourself to what you want , the rooms all have air con units which are quiet at night so you can sleep , rooms all have showers, wc, tv, & the usual stuff most hotel have , each room has its own safe for your valuables but i would advise taking the key with you , very good hotel 10/10

Friendly, helpful staff, spotlessly clean room and great views from the rooftop terrace. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Scrambled egg and bacon, rolls, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, toast and endless tea and coffee. More than enough to set you up for a days sightseeing. 10min walk from Vatican City and all other sights are within walking distance for those of us with good mobility/fitness levels. That being said, the hotel is located at the top of a hill and anyone with mobility issues would struggle (especially at the end of a long days sightseeing!) Please don’t let the thought of that hill put you off this lovely hotel.....it’s well worth the effort! Definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this hotel. It's not central but not too fat to walk to The Vatican, it is uphill on the way back but if you pace yourself, it's manageable. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the roof top terrace is amazing.Breakfast was OK and rooms basic but good all in all good value for money.

After a few nights staying at this hotel my fiancé and I was both waking up with an alarming amount of bites and they were getting worse each night. I am 18 weeks pregnant so it was quite alarming it wasn’t until I woke up with 20 bites on one arm from one night we went to the pharmacy and the woman told us they looked like bed bug bites because there was too many to be mosquito bites. We confronted a man working on the Wednesday and he told us panicky it wasn’t bed bugs it was mosquitos so I decided to send photos home for my sister to show at a pharmacy they also said bed bugs.

Short walk from Vatican is only one plus of this place...friendly staff but food is horrible not much selection... noisy during the night and early in the morning. Request room not on the ground floor ...as is too close to reception and breakfast area.
