My husband and I celebrated my birthday over the weekend and spent 3 nights in Relais Orso. Overall, we felt happy with our choice of hotel but there were many improvement points undeniably. We got a junior suite if I'm not wrong, on the 3rd floor facing the street. Positives: - Super nice staff throughout our stay, especially the reception...

Boutique style and pleasantly small, this is a great hotel. Lovely breakfast to start the day, bijou but well appointed room and extremely helpful staff. Fabulous location to visit all of the wonderful sights which this city boasts -all walking distance. We had an excellent time and really enjoyed our stay.

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the end of our month trip around Europe. The hotel is modern and sleek and we loved the spacious bathroom. We would have loved to use the lounge area on the upstairs deck but going up there it is empty. The thing that makes me give this hotel...

This is a great spot if you're looking for a boutique hotel in a perfect location. I loved the fact that we could walk just about anywhere. The rooms are small, but cute and clean. There are no amenities to speak of in the bathrooms and the breakfast buffet was sparse but the front desk was helpful and their restaurant...

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a few issues. The hotel is very quaint and the staff was helpful and polite. Our room was dark with one light that didn't work. The shower head was broken, top of the doorframe to the bathroom was broken too. The wifi was very weak connection which wasn't a major issue as...

Old building in quiet alley but interior greatly refurbished. Room was quite small but ok for a short stay (3 nights in our instance). Very clean and well maintained. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They provided a lot of information about the area, good restaurants, and how to locate the main tourist sites. The hotel is located in easy...

This hotel was in an excellent location, in walking distance to all great landmarks. A little unusual / quirky, a nice hotel, very clean and nice staff. Beds comfy and room had TV, tea & coffee facilities in room. Breakfast was continental and nice comfortable dining area. We had an upgrade to deluxe room but the rooms are not very...

It's definetely not the posh design hotel it pretends to be. The "design" stuff is of poor quality, and much of it is really shabby beyond the "shabby look". The first room we had, had only one very small window, so it was dark and could not be aired. It smelled moldy and the bathroom was full of mold spots....

First and foremost, the hotel is perfectly located (right between the colosseum and the vatican/san pietro) - most of the major attraction are at only a walking distance. At only a 3 minutes walking distance you can find the Navona Square, one of the most beautiful in the city. Second, the hotel maintains the charm of the historical building where...

Firstly the positives. Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds. All of these things were important and as such our stay was great. However, the hotel seems to have focused so much on its worn down 'warehouse' style (to the extent the cracks on the wall are not real, they are painted on) but hasn't focused on the...
