The location of this hotel is excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the colosseum. Rooms are generous, modern and well maintained. Breakfast on the top floor/roof terrace was excellent with great service There is a bar in reception and on the roof terrace. Run by excellent staff. Reception staff were always helpful and attentive. We booked 2 rooms for... More

Since everyone is looking for different features in a hotel, I'll just share some of the facts and let you decide what is good or not for you. I rented a standard room in Mid-October; Just the facts: Amenities include: shampoo, body wash, lotion, shoe cloth, shower cap, toiletry set, tissues (2 packs of three), no conditioner. We stayed for two nights here at the beginning of our Italy trip. The hotel is very nice in a quiet neighborhood close to the Coliseum. Our room was large for European standards which we enjoyed. The breakfast was delicious and a nice perk. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

I booked a group of 17 people and they all reported very nice accommodations. The view of the Colosseum from the roof was photo perfect. Several of the tour group were able to walk to the Colosseum and tour it before the crowds gathered. The breakfast was average and buses can't maneuver the street. However, the staff were very helpful... More

An excellent boutique hotel...clean, air-conditioned, on a quiet street, and with a very helpful and cordial staff. It's a 5-minute walk to the Colosseum, minutes from ancient churches, and one block from my favorite neighborhood restaurant, "Naumachia." "Grazie mille" to Luigi, Irina, Laura, Chiara, Massimo, Roberto, and the team, for making a solo traveler's experience so pleasant and memorable!

Firstly this hotel is fine, location is great for everything especially Colosseum. Room was decent size for European City but I have to say the service was poor and unwelcoming for this standard of hotel...no welcome from staff as you come and go, bar staff was downright put out by being asked to serve us...one half decent Asian man worked... We stayed for a long weekend and as a base for the kind of thing we planned - walking the historic streets, visiting sites and finding trattorie - it couldn't be better; just 400 yards from the Colosseum.
