Off the beaten tourist track even thought it's within walking distance to the Coliseum. For ancient Rome you can't get much closer...for historic Rome areas on the other side of the forum you are kind of far away due to having to walk around Palatine hill and the forum. Hotel had American type AC, and if you have been to... More

The list of facilities or amenities may not be great. but the wonderful location makes up for it all. coupled with dedicated, kind excellent service, this small hotel will win over your heart in a very short time. stayed 5 days there and never was I left wanting for something more in terms of welcome and service. in fact, the... Great location for Colosseum, bit further out from other sites but Rome is such a lovely place to walk around with random pieces of history popping up everywhere. The room was spacious and minibar stayed fully stocked. The front of house was absolutely fantastic, helping us arrange tours, directing us to bar areas like Travesterre. The surrounding area of hotel... More

Room was perfect for the single traveler. Nice rooftop lounge outside. We used the meeting rooms, and the staff was quite responsive to our requests. Very close to many sites -- great for early morning runs past the Collosseum, Circus Maximus and the wedding cake!

I would stay here again and again! Absolutely a stellar hotel. Such a gorgeous terrace, great breakfasts, nice walkable neighborhood, very comfortable rooms and, above all, great service! Laura was an angel and so dedicated to all our needs. Very service-oriented staff.

We stayed here for four nights for a trip over to Rome to see a Bruce Springsteen concert. Fantastic location close to the Colosseum and within walking distance of a number of the major sights of Rome yet far enough away to provide a quiet night's sleep. All the staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. There was plenty of food... More

Room was small but appropriate for one person, would have been very tough for two. Service is very pleasant. Breakfast can be improved including finding a way to keep away the seagulls that land on the white cloth tables.

Lovely hotel, quiet but sophisticated, charming roof terrace and plentiful breakfast. Check in very speedy thanks to Silvia and deluxe room very nice! Aircon fierce if you need it for Rome heat! Thoroughly recommended for a short break close to all major sights. Local restaurants all nearby and not expensive once you get 200 metres away from Colosseum. If we... More

This 4 star hotel is about 200m to the Colosseum. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good for a chat and with good humour. The breakfast bar and staff were excellent with a lovely balcony view to the Colosseum - but watch out for the hungry birds!! We had a junior suite - very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It... More

very nice, convenient hotel 5 mins to the colosseum.we stayed there because of convienence. we had the suite, but I would not recommend this during the hot summer because it was too hot on the balcony. wifi was very suspect and we kept getting different answers why it was not working consistently(kept shutting down/searching/dropping wifi). breakfast was fine, nothing special...
