We, retired couple, stayed 4 nights (May 12- 15, 2014) in this wonderful B&B. Super clean, modern, delightfully decorated, spacious room. Host family could not be more accommodating! Excellent, full breakfast (more than we could eat, lots of variety). Most comfortable bed we had on the whole trip. Cynthia was a very helpful source of information and arranged taxis for... More

We stayed here three nights for Rome sightseeing. This place is spotlessly clean. the room was very well equipped, the breakfast absolutely delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful icThe little mini fridge has lots of good drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. The street it's on has a very good gelato and sandwich shop (on the corner going... More

The Castellani A San Pietro gets wonderful reviews and our experience last week confirms that these reviews are fully deserved. The rooms are the standard of a good boutique hotel, the welcome is warm, personal and always helpful, breakfast is a delight and there are many touches of loving care everywhere. A truly exceptional place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this Bed and Breakfast! Cynthia, the owner, is welcoming and most helpful. She even walked 2 blocks up the road to help us unload our car and bring luggage to the room. Breakfast was excellent!!! Rooms were clean, spacious with very comfortable beds. Close to subway system and a very short walk to the Vatican.... More

This mother and son run was a wonderful find on our recent stay in Rome. Don't be put off on arrival by the entrance hall and the fact that there is a flight of stairs to get to the lift. This is a recently refurbished B and B. it is modern and spotlessly clean and was serviced daily to a... More

Had a great stay here. Location was perfect for St. Peter's - a comfortable 10 min walk with Ottaviano metro 10 mins in the opposite direction. The main entrance is pretty basic and you have to walk up to the first floor to get the lift up to the b+b on the 4th floor but once there it is a... More

A very nice B&B. Room was very fresh and cosy, with a little, nice balcony. Toilet and shower is inside every room, what is making stay even more comfortable. Every morning, B&B owner and hostess Cynthia, prepared us an amazing breakfast with fresh pastry and coffee. She has very nice taste and all rooms are very well decorated and have... More

This is an amazing place, the location is great only a couple of blocks from the Vatican. Don't judge this place by the entrance, once you are in is really nice and modern. I must say that we were blown away by the attention to detail from Cynthia the owner. The breakfast was very good with freshly squeeze orange juice.... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
