This is not a hotel , this are apartments in a flat, there is nothing here different apart from a telephone and some snack in a bag on the table.... When we got in it was like somebody smoked the entire day in the room and we had to sleep with such a strong smell the entire night The room...

The good thing is the hotel is very close to Roma Termini train station. The room was just an average. We booked for a double bed and a single bed but since I have 2 kids they put in an extra bed in the room upon arriving, so that was cool. The water heater was hard to control, it can...

First things first, it is a budget hotel and with the most basic of amenities. The building in which the hotel is housed has multiple hotels, almost each floor is a different hotel with 10-12 rooms. The breakfast which is served is basic which is kept in room in a bag. The biggest advantage of staying here is that it...

Have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the main Termini station so a good base and we walked to most of the attractions such as Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Colosseum. Handy for the metro also. We were pleased with the room which was small but clean and...

Price good, staff excellent, bed comfy, close to everything. The only problem was people checking in late and waking us up. If you can, ask for a room away from the reception desk, we were right next to it, and it was loud when people checked in. Otherwise, pretty comfy and not too bad.

Had a few days stay in this hotel last week. I enjoyed my stay overall. Its economical and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned to a good standard and are modern, if a bit tired. Breakfast is a pre-packed lunch bag left each evening and coffee provided on order in the morning - all in...

We found the hotel quite easily, despite comments on here to the contrary!! When we got to reception the welcome could not have been better...and I am sure Omar is a travel guide on the quiet...as I have mobility issues he explained the best for us...and was spot on . Comments on here about the room being small are incorrect...there...

We were very happy with this place... The staff were superb, its brilliantly located, my only 1 issues is that our room was really cold, there was no added heating option as all rooms are off 1 boiler. I would certainly return especially as the terrace was a good size and an excellent view vut they also have an open...

quite a basic hotel, but exactly what we needed for our stay as we were out alot, location is excellent and metro is about 5 min walk away. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to help with directions, restaurants and even printed our boarding passes off. There is a lovely roofterrace with great views and lovely...

The hotel was awesome, we had a hard time finding it though, because it was a floor n a building so there was no big sign or something, but what i can say to help a traveler find it, is that it's near the samrt hotel on the opposite side of the street and there's a lighting sign which has...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
