We had a great holiday in Aris Garden hotel in Rome. The hotel was not in the centre of Rome, but the location was perfect for us. Hotel was between the cost line and the centre of Rome. It was very easy to go around with busses and trains. And we got very good information about how to use them... More

Located in a very isolated area with no shopping even for groceries or food nearby for miles, the hotel is self styled as a 4 star but actually comes across as an abandoned warehouse hastily reconverted into an inn, I would give this zero stars, it doesn't qualify as a hotel at all. The staff are unhelpful in the extreme... More

Located in the middle of nowhere. No services are close. Services located some walking distance away are closed at inopportune times. The hotel is not 4 Stars. It is a 1 star dump with rooms from the 50s, old beds, poorly maintained furniture and rooms which smell like urine. The hotel, to save electricity, centrally controls the AC and then... More

Price is right.....however, it's July....boiling hot....the ac in room 321 didn't work.....and my bathroom sink doesn't drain. Just check your your room before being handed the 20 pound room key. As a travel agent....I always look for friendliness and helpful staff......whoever is at the front desk right now..is miserable. Same with the lady last evening. Breakfast for 3 euros was... More

We stayed in this hotel and I was very very disappointed in the hotel. It's old and not well maintained. We got stuck in the elevator for close to 10 minutes. It kept opening but we could only see closed and old walls and couldn't get out. This is a not a clean hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to... More

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions as part of a pre-organised group visit. The concensus of the group was that this hotel fell far short of the standards we expected from a 4star hotel. Our family of three really enjoyed our time at this hotel and plan to return when we next go to Rome. The room was very clean and well kept. By European standards, the room was quite large and we had a nice balcony. The hotel is quaint and it could be improved with some facility updates (e.g. playground and pool... More

“Not sure on the rooms, but we had the top floor and street noise was not noticeable. Walls between the rooms are a tad on the thin side, so keep the bedroom activities at a reduced level. How our next room occupants managed all night made me quite breathless.”
