We stayed as a family with 2 adults and 3 adolescents on the top floor in 2 rooms. The place is immaculately clean and very quiet. Our view on the balcony was amazing. We could see a lot of the skyline from the Quirinale Palace all the way to St Peter's. Great breakfast in the morning. Staff were awesome. Location...

This lovely, little boutique hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street between Barberini and the Spanish Steps (a little closer to Barberini). Our room was small, yet well-appointed and even had a little balcony which looked out over an interior courtyard. The bathroom is very nice and modern. Breakfast was plentiful with good variety and the staff was wonderful...

we stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, spotlessly clean and the service was great. It was located so close to everything of interest. A beautiful little courtyard was great for afternoon drinks in the sun. Enjoyed our holiday here.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to Piazza Barberini, just around the corner from the Metro station and local bus terminal. The area is a beautiful one, with tree-lined streets, many restaurants and shops, and a short walk or Metro/bus ride to all the popular tourist sites and via del Corso. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and...

We stayed here for one night as a group of 17 in June 2016. We had come for a Mediterranean cruise and Rome was the port of call, hence this was a one-night stop before embarking on the cruise the following day. We chose this hotel due to its central location and intimate ambience. It is located up a narrow,...

This review is long overdue! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our stay in Rome on our honeymoon and we could not have been happier. This is a family run hotel and everyone is extremely nice and gave us the best experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Marco and his family and they were so...

A lovely, small hotel. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Room pictures on the website are genuine. What you see is what you get. We had two rooms on floor 5, to the front of the hotel and we had no problem with noise. There is a safe in the room, a bit smaller than usual but ok. Very spacious bathroom...

Lovely ambience in the hotel. Staff is very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. However beware, walls a bit thin! Location was very good, near to a metro station which was very convenient and good walking distance to the centre of Rome. Good restaurants near by.

This is a lovely little hotel. Excellent location for stop for open top bus tours as just at bottom of road and across street.. The room was small but immaculately clean, the beds firm but comfortable and a really good shower. The staff were very helpful and the hotel recommends several restaurants in the area which they will phone and...

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The breakfasts had a great variety of choice with some cooked options as well as the usual continental style. The staff were amazing! Very friendly and honestly could not do enough for you. They searched for bus routes for us and shared their knowledge and ideas. Nothing was too much trouble. A brilliant place...

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
