It is the second time I stay in this hotel after a couple of years. It is few minutes walk from Termini railways station in a quiet area. The people at the desk are very nice. the room I had was a superior with a sleeping room and a small living room, a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom. The... More

We stayed here for a few days while we visited Rome, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for us since it was near a transportation hub and outside of the ZTLs. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean, we will be staying here again!

That experienced was a like a film the charleston. The hotel was a beatiful place and the situated was a liked at The hi-hat of derivation jazz dance (which connects to the rag time) has spread around the twenties, first in America and then in Europe. Fast and brilliant performance, has a syncopated rhythm in 4/4. The Charleston is arguably... More

Stayed here for five nights through a business trip. Staff both in reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful. The room had a small balcony which was nice to stand on and watch the world go by. The room was overlooking a road which was quite busy but not so it caused any particularly noise issues. The bed was large... More

Went here last year with my wife for honeymoon, Alpi was very near to airport at walking distance. The hotel is very clean, room is spacious, and decent breakfast. The only downside is a very small elevator, and you need to go thru stairs carrying heavy baggage in order to get to the elevator. Overall is a very good hotel... More

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Rome for his birthday! I researched and researched and stumbled upon Hotel Alpi. I read the reviews and decided to book instead of staying at a chain hotel like the Hilton or Marriott. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and although we arrived well before check-in time, our room was ready and... More

Stayed in October 2016 to see the sights in Rome. It's a little out of the main attraction areas, but probably as well, as Rome can get very busy and the traffic starts early in the morning. The Alpi is quiet and we slept well and enjoyed the lovely breakfast, which is served on the ground floor. The staff were... More

Staying in Esquilino

Neighborhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
