the room was the smallest, the bed wasn't confortable, the wardrobe smelled of fug so badly, the bathroom door hit the sink, the room was the first on the corridor, on the ground floor... overall, not a good, recomendable experience. the price was surprinsingly good for a 4 star hotel, so it didn't translate.

This hotel does not deserve a 4 stars rating. The room quality was very poor and the bathroom was old/dirty. The towels were like sandpaper, toilets were broken (driping all day/night long), no shampoo available, mould in the shower, rust on the soap dispenser, etc. Wifi signal was so bad that it couldn't work properly, the tv was old/small/without international... The room was fine ,a little warm on one night but ok otherwise. It's pretty quiet and away from the main road .The Hotel doesn't have a restaurant or room service but the continental breakfast is great with a lovely choice of bread ,cakes ,cereals and fruit. There are several restaurants a few minutes walk away so evening meals are no problem.The... We stayed in 225. The bed was so uncomfortable we struggled sleeping but the room was a nice size for the price. The shower was too small and the shower doors broke constantly so you had to battle to get in and out. We found out 20 mins before leaving that they cannot and will not hold our luggage at... More

Okay I booked this hotel thinking that I would get a 4 star acommodation and even went here with my 6 month old baby and wife. Unfortunately the hotel as both 4 star and 1 star rooms but you never know wich you are getting. Very small room where you can barely get inside, door barely closes, no wifi, the... More

This hotel was perfect for us, we found it easily and walked from the train station it took around 30mins. The staff were really helpful and friendly they advised us that we couldn't check in until 3 but took our bags and gave us a map, marking out all the sites and giving us useful pointers and tips. There is... More

The hotel is quite far from the city, but is close to public transport. Not a far walk to the bus stop or Policlinico station. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom quite small and towels very thin and sheetlike. Rooms are quite small. Showers didn't always have hot water and most times freezed. The beds weren't the comfiest

So this hotel is really far from everything in the City. The hotel itself, was clean and welcoming. The rooms were extremely small. I know their always small in Europe but I was tripping over the bed due to the lack of space to walk. We didn't know where to put our suit cases so they went on the tables.... More

Stayed here as part of a Topdeck Bravo Italia tour at the start and end of the tour. The area the hotel is in is very nice and reasonably close to public transport. I shared with another girl on tour. Our first room was so small the hotel had to push two single beds together (see first photo). There was... More
