I real liked my stay there. Employees are very welcoming and rooms we booked were like newly renovated and extremely clean. One very unpleasant thing happened when we checked out. We had many luggages and asked them to keep them while we spend some time before our flight. As their luggage room is packed they put our luggages in their...

The service at the hotel was excellent, personable, and caring. It generated a feeling of being at home away from home. Even before the arrival, the information of upcoming visit with specific times and placement of pick up service was excellent with phone numbers for extra check up. The location in the middle of Rome above the Spanish steps was...

Our family of two adults and two kids (10 and 12) stayed here over Thanksgiving break (late November). The hotel is in a great location literally at the top of the Spanish Steps. Some may find the 136 steps from the bottom to the top of the steps to be a bit much but we didn't mind. It was very...

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it...it is not a big fancy hotel, but it does have a great location, nice clean rooms, genuinely friendly staff, and reasonable rates. There is a little cafe right next door, so lunch and dinner is easy. The breakfast each morning is good, and food was fresh no matter what time...

This little cozy hotel is absolutely great in terms of location and service. They even took care of my husband, who has celiac, and got him gluten-free goods. The staff was super helpful and accommodating.

We loved the location right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Then there was the lovely breakfast room on the roof. Another perk, coffee & tea available free all day. Free mini-bar? Huh? Yes,it's true and they re-stock it daily!Sweet rooms classically decorated. CLEAN. Quiet. And then there's the staff. From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted....

Right on top of the Spanish Steps and close to shopping/main attractions. Lovely little boutique hotel where the owner, Fabrizio (and his brother) know everything that goes on. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Room was rather small, as expected in most European hotels, but clean, and the friendly atmosphere made us very happy. Breakfast was decent; coffee and tea available...

Given its location at the top of the Spanish Steps, this delightful hotel is inconspicuous and surprisingly peaceful - a welcoming haven after the business of exploring the magnificence of Rome. Ideally located within 2 minutes walk of Spagna Metro Station, and within easy walking distance of many of Rome's key attractions, including Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The staff were...
