The hotel ABRUZZI was excellent clean, comfortable and the Staff very friendly. Located in the heart of Rome making it ideal to visit Romes many sites on foot (but bring with you a pair of walking shoes). The hotel is surrounded by restaurants of all kinds and your spoilt for choice. We will definitely return. Enjoy as we did.

A very small hotel very centrally located in front of the Pantheon. Rooms have been renovated are clean but just a bit too small. Staff were very friendly and always available to help. There was a slight mix up on check in as our room in the main hotel was not available so for one night we stayed in the... More

Wonderful location, very central. 10 euros in a metered taxi from the main railway station, unmetered taxi wanted 30 euros, all the hotel staff were really helpful. we really enjoyed staying here having everything on the doorstep. We stayed in the annexe which was good. Clean with all the essentials. There is no bar at this hotel but being on... More

This hotel was absolutely wonderful!!! The location was perfect. Sitting directly across from the Pantheon, it allowed us to walk to most of the places on our agenda for our three-day stay in Rome. The staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English very well. The rooms were small but modern, clean and stylish. We were given vouchers to eat a... More

This hotel was in a perfect location for our trip. After a long day of touring the city, it was great to come back to our clean room to refresh ourselves. There were several close options for dinner. The area is active at night- from the Pantheon to the Trevi Fountain. We felt safe the entire time. The staff was... More

Good hotel, great location. We were lucky to have a view of the beautiful pantheon and the square all around it... lots of spots for food and shopping nearby. The hotel is not very mobility friendly since the elevator starts on the 2nd floor.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind words! We are happy that you liked our great location and that you got to admired the wonderful view of the Pantheon square. Due to Italian Restricted Laws, we couldn't enlarge the structure, therefore we had to make the elevator starts from the 1st floor. There are just few steps to do but... More

This is a basic but perfectly functioning hotel in an unbeatable location. The rooms aren't big but the triple room we had was big enough for a couple of nights. The rooms are clean and everything worked ok. The beds were comfy and the free breakfast in the little restaurant across the square was nice too. The main thing about... More

Our room was #5 in the annex. No Pantheon view, but full noise from busy alleyway below until the wee hours, then early morning trash pick up. The room was very small, as was the bathroom. Barely enough space to turnaround. However, it took 3 keys to enter the room –– annex building front door, hallway door, then finally room... More

The hotel is the perfect location for a weekend in Rome. But that's about it! We didn't know, but we booked a room in the annex, 25m from the reception. It wasn't cheep either - 6.500,- NOK for three nights. The room wasn't very well cleaned, and certainly not up to date. I would recommend to get a room in... More

Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
