We chose this hotel primarily because there was parking for our car. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked about anything. Breakfast was a little lacking and not much choice available. The carpet in the room was quite grubby and stained. Centrally located. The heating was way too hot, but this seems to be the way it is in... More

Decently priced, decent breakfast (free), decent wifi (free), and a decent room in general. There's not a lot of places to eat nearby, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican area or across the river, and there's plenty of places there. The staff was friendly, and overall I wouldn't say that I had any actual issues.... More

At about £90 for a nights accommodation, with free parking and breakfast, and in central Rome this hotel was good value and one cannot expect perfection but I will share our observations none-the-less. First, good location, just out of the tourist areas but a short walk to the Vatican as well. The area could be described as mostly residential so... More

We stayed in Aug when the temperature soared to 42 ! We stayed for one night on our way to Tuscany. This hotel was full or character, the rooms were quiet, clean and spacious, there is a great roof terrace where you can see the St Peter's dome and St Peter's is in easy walking distance. There are plenty of... More

This hotel in comfortable, accommodating and based in a convenient location. It's affordable, has good wifi connection and their staff are very welcoming and polite. It has a small parking which is amazing if you're traveling with car. We basically left our car there for 3 days and walk all over Rome. There aren't many cafes and restaurants around so... More

Very nice hotel. Very good location (close to the Vatican City and the castle). Breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice ! Before my arrival date, I asked for an high floor room, even if it was a small one, and I had it ! Small room but beautiful terrasse and nice view ! And then, I... More

Located close to the Vatican, and a 8 minute walk from the metro station. Check in at 12 but room wasn't ready until 13:30 and even then it wasn't exceptional clean. From the outside the hotel looks very nice and traditional. Inside in the communal areas it looks quite grand but the room was a real disappointment. Very dated, grubby... More

The hotel is nice and close and central to most things in Rome. We were excited to sit on the roof top And view St. Peter's which you can be the photo has been photoshopped. While you can see St. Peter's it much further off. The rooms were nice and the staff were friendly

This is quite a smart hotel within easy walking distance to The Vatican & Castel St Angelo. The other main Rome attractions are also easy to get to within a gentle hour's stroll to the Arcibasilica di San Giovanni. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. They have a good roof terrace which is great for sitting out... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
