This was our base for our week long stay in Rome and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It's a small hotel but with large hotel perks--24 hour front desk, elevator, full breakfast including orange juice squeezer, eggs, croissant, meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals. And on the 5th floor there's a roof terrace with plants, shade, tables and chairs and a view... More

Wonderful boutique hotel! We found this place at the last minute when our AirBnB fell through (won't use them again!). Easy to find. Was able to park on premises. Adorable, gorgeous quaint room, good buffet breakfast, great location, quiet street (hard to find in Rome!). Great price! We were just there one night on our way to Tuscany. Would stay... More

A 10 minutes walk to the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo, the Tiber river, trendy shops and excellent restaurants. 10 to 12 minutes walk to the nearest Metro(Lepanto). The hotel, has Bread and Breakfast(7am) everyday. Very quite neighborhood, and has a solarium which you can see the dome of the St. Peter's Basilica. Has free wifi, airconditioned.

Comfortable room. Adequate bathroom. Good breakfast choices, dreadful bread though. No tea tray in room or room service for an occasional cuppa. No bathroom glass either night. Close to central Rome with lots of cafes locally and a Metro station.

The front desk was extremely helpful. The room was perfect, including free wifi. Very close to everything....Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Cavour, Vatican City, and just a mile from the Borghese Museum - all must sees. Also, highly recommend San Marco Pizzaria for neopolitan pizza (along with a full menu and wine), Morrison's bar, L'Arcangelo for a 5star dinner. Great weather for... More

Since the beginning to book a room the staff was really nice and fast. The breakfast is delicious and especially the rooftop is where you fan have a beautiful view of the vatican, located in the centre

Lovely traditional hotel close to Castel Sant Angelo. Clean comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful reception, good breakfast with friendly waitress who would make fresh ground coffee as an alternative to the machine on offer. Approximately ten minutes walk to the Vatican in one direction and approximately fifteen minutes leisurely stroll to Piazza Narvone in the opposite direction. Easy access... More

We chose this hotel primarily because there was parking for our car. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked about anything. Breakfast was a little lacking and not much choice available. The carpet in the room was quite grubby and stained. Centrally located. The heating was way too hot, but this seems to be the way it is in... More

Decently priced, decent breakfast (free), decent wifi (free), and a decent room in general. There's not a lot of places to eat nearby, but it's only about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican area or across the river, and there's plenty of places there. The staff was friendly, and overall I wouldn't say that I had any actual issues.... More

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
