Although presenting 4 stars, the only advantage of this hotel is its location. The impression on the staff is mixed- some are helpful and friendly, some were ignoring us when we stood at the desk, and continue with their own private conversations. After the first night the room was made but only one towel was left for us. The day... More

This was my 6th visit to the hotel over 4 years of regularly visiting Rome. Naturally, the fact that I have used this hotel so much means that there are some advantages, biggest being that hotel is central, only 5 minutes away from points of interests, restaurants and transport services. Another big advantage is that cleaning services are great, with... More

The staff were friendly, and spoke excellent English. There was a pipe burst when we arrived so we were told we may be allocated another room in another 4 star hotel free of charge. Luckily they managed to sort it out in time for check in - but I have no doubt they would have helped to move us to... More

We found this Hotel very good, all staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Our king bed room had plenty of room, large bathroom, very clean, and quiet. Breakfast very good, barista for coffee. Very central just down street bars, restaurants, metro station and buses. Would definitely return and recommend. Thank you

The location of this hotel was excellent. 3 minutes walk to metro, and easy walking distance to villa Borghese and Trevi fountain. However, there were easy to avoid inconveniences that would lead me to not recommend this place. These included: wifi that was unreliable with unclear instructions, so lots of hassle getting it working. Same with the safe in the... More

Let's start with the good - the staff were very nice and very helpful. The location is great: 2 minute walk to the Barberini Metro station, 10-20 min. walk to all the major attractions. Stores, restaurants... everything is right under your nose. The room was a good size and not tiny. The disappointment: The rooms are very very simple, the very... More

Staff at front desk most proficient indeed, porters very helpful attentive and lovely, everything is a pleasure for all to do. Standard room is a squeeze but you get used to it . Good bathroom with bath and all spick and span ( maids great ) and quiet. Prosecco in the fridge ! Breakfast room had espresso bar ( only... More

This was a clean comfortable hotel. The Internet was sketchy at best but easy walking to just about everything you would like to stroll to in your free time. The provided breakfast left much to be desired but with that said, we Americans eat quite differently than they do so We just had to adjust. There was an excellent restaurant... More

This hotel provides good service and is located in an area handy to transport and eating venues. The staff are helpful and the rooms are good value. We were initially given the disabled room and when we were not pleased we were moved the next day. We went out for the day and our cases were in the new room... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighborhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighborhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
