I stayed here for 4 nights, rooms are nice and bathrooms is quite new. They have vegan breakfast available, but just on request, so you have to wait 15 min to have vegan croissant (I suggest to serve them together with non-vegan to avoid waste of time).
Liked the location of the hotel in EUR Rome. The rooms are nice and clean, good TV channels including BBC and CNN. The experience was ruined by the 1 hour + noise from the trucks loading and unloading skips in the next door Euromax shopping centre. The banging noise is horrendous. Sara did offer to replace my room but as i had 1 more night i didn't bother. The breakfast area is very busy and chaotic, takes a long time to get coffee from the Barista's. The breakfast items are okay but nothing substantial, they are very supermarket affair. The corridors are boring and dull and definitely 3 stars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Euromax shopping centre next door is an excellent diversion on a rainy day.
Hotel consisting of 4 buildings - of different quality in the suburbs of Rome, the advantage is a large, free parking lot, proximity to the motorway and metro. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms, cleaned every day. They could be more modern. Minus is the chaos at breakfast and the average quality of ingredients. But high-class alcohol in the bar.
Hotel staff were helpful to organise our day trips in Rome. Friendly, english speaking staff. A special mention to Niccolo at the reception who was extremely helpful during our stay and suggested other places to visit across Italy. Highly recommended for couples, families and groups visiting from abroad. Trust-worthy staff who helped us to locate misplaced item.Memorable stay and would like to go back there any time. Awesome service!!
Clean, well looked after, a classic conference hotel/motel with bright if a little spartan rooms. Its a bus and metro ride outside of Rome proper or a 30 Euro plus taxi ride depending on the traffic, so not the best location for exploring Rome, but good value Food average to mediocre with a refectory for a restaurant.
We chose this hotel with friends because of the pool and affordable price to stay three nights. Basic rooms were actually not bad looking. Though the beds were sooooo hard, I could manage to sleep only because I was exhausted. Kids liked the pool. Be aware that you need to purchase a pool cap (€5) to go in. The breakfast was dreadful. All five of us hated the food. The dining room was messy and crowded. The line for coffee was long and painful every morning. The hotel is located right next to the nice mall EUROMA2 where you can grab lunch (many decent options) or do some necessary shopping. To drive to the city center takes about half hour. The hotel itself has more of a motel concept. I’d say by American standards it would be a solid 3 star hotel. It really didn’t strike as a 4 star hotel to us.…
The room itself was very basic with the curtains not shutting properly in our room (which wasn't great as there was thunder one night), the bathroom door constantly sliding open, and it lacking anything to make it seem even a tad bit cosy (even the hallway was bare and made it not seem welcoming or give a good vibe). It felt far from being a four star hotel and more like a motel, to be honest. The location is slightly out from the centre (you can get a bus quite easily to the train station) so price wise it's cheaper - if you want something quite basic and affordable then you might like this but I would recommend adjusting your expectations if you're expecting something of high quality. The breakfast was quite poor. The hot food selection was limited and the scrambled eggs weren't nice at all. They had a selection of pastries but they didn't seem fresh. The only highlight was the bar which had great service from one of the bar tenders. I think her name was Claudia (I can't recall fully) and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming and really good at customer service. The staff at reception were helpful too.…
We chose this hotel because it had a swimming pool and it was right next to a shopping center. Due to mobility issues I needed to be somewhere comfortable and the pool was good for me to do my physio everyday. The hotel is very clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful (apart from the breakfast staff who were quite rude), but I put that down to the restaurant being extremely busy and staff rushed off their feet. Rooms are quite small, but for 3 nights we didn't need anything more. Housekeeping do a wonderful job of cleaning the rooms. We had room 183 which is on the 2nd floor of block 1. It had a small balcony but with no view. Just the outside walls of Eur2 shopping center. There is a fridge in the room and a big bonus was the bathtub in the bathroom. The shower is amazing. Great water pressure for and enjoyable shower. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and towels are available in the room. There is and English news channel on the TV, but not kettle in the room. Just have patience with the a/c in the room. It does cool the room down, but it just needs a little time. The pool is immaculately clean but you must wear a swimming cap, available to buy in the reception for €5 each. The bar area by the pool is lovely too and open until 11pm. There is always life there so if you didn't fancy venturing out you can have a relaxed drink at the pool bar. Bus stop to head into Rome is just outside the hotel, and Uber's are super efficient here too. We would stay here again.…
I must admit I was a bit skeptical because it takes a lot of time from the city to the hotel… however, the hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean, food is really good as well, and last but very not least the staff is kind and amazing. Rarely have I seen such polite and serviceable staff. Thank you for everything, grazie per tutto! We’ll be back for sure 😀
We booked for dayuse before a flight but then had a medical emergency with our baby causing us to need an ambulance and miss our flight (baby now fine!). The hotel staff were exceptionally caring and kind - allowed us to stay another day despite being busy, were so attentive and took care of everything for us. We are so touched by their care - I’m not sure many hotels would apply such a personal touch - they went above and beyond. Credit to the staff and hotel, especially the reception staff who were working on 9/6 in our time of need. Hotel was great in general, a stones throw from a great shopping mall, easy taxi into Rome centre and pool was v clean and relaxing , lovely lifeguard/ security also attentive. A perfect place to stay around flights but also great if you want to visit Rome from a more relaxing distance ! Had a great meal room service - recommend the chocolate pudding with pistachio ice cream - and breakfast was yum with lovely Italian patisserie! Will definitely come back when next in Rome !…
