Fab hotel, set in a quiet area surrounded by lovely park and restaurants with a lovely rooftop bar. A short walk away from the railway and bus station. The rooms are modern and very clean, all the staff were so helpful and friendly the breakfast was lovely and so much choice!! I have no negatives at all for this hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel - perfect for a trip to Rome! The room itself was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable - we were in room 103. We had a window overlooking the street which was great to watch the world go by. The breakfast was phenomenal - I was thrilled with the vegan croissants and jam, and there was so much more to choose from. The staff kindly arranged a breakfast to go for us as our flight was leaving before breakfast was served (this was kindly arranged the day before). Everyone we spoke to, from the Reception staff to the serving staff were very nice and friendly. The room was kept clean for us each day, thanks to the housekeeping staff. I highly recommend this hotel - a great location, too!

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and were very impressed. We had a classic room which was stylish and well equipped with mini fridge, safe, kettle, hairdryer tv and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, but a special shout out to Ylenia and the gentleman on reception in the afternoon. We had a major nightmare when the lock on my case broke, leaving me unable to get inside, but the male receptionist (unfortunately didn't get his name) and maintenance manager quickly came to my rescue, avoiding disaster! Breakfast was good with some hot food including scrambled eggs, bacon sausage, mushrooms etc, along with the usual fruit, cereal and pasties. The hotel is well positioned with the metro, train and bus station a 10 minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets close by.

We had a 3 night stay during Feb half term in a junior suite. Location was easy to find, felt safe with a shop and some restaurants nearby. Room was clean, spacious with sufficient ameneties. Breakfast was included which was very nice, mostly continental with some hot Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Bacon. Minor complaint that the shower had intermittant temperature which we originally assumed was due to time of day but seemed to happen every use. Would happily stay again, especially with the difficultly to find rooms for a family of 5.

The hotel is very well set out, the rooms are so lovely and clean and the bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. We had breakfast 1 morning and the selection was ok. More croissants and baked goods than anything else but there was scrambled egg, bacon and sausage. The room was lovely and quiet. We had a great 4 nights sleep. One thing to note, which I know many reviews have mentioned before is the shower. It goes from red hot to cool and back to normal temperature. If this could just be fixed, it would have made our stay perfect. Thank you to all of the staff too, so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again if the shower was fixed 😊

I stayed at the hotel with my son w/c 12th Feb, check in was breeze, and the manger was really polite and helpful, We made our way to our room on the 1st floor, and the room was fantastic, very clean, modern and has everything you would need. The bathroom was large and had an excellent shower. Breakfast was served from 7:00am, we got up early, and were met with friendly happy staff who showed us to a table, and the selection on offer was excellent, from cereals to pasties and fruit and yogurts. The staff remained attentive and removed used plates/cutlery with efficiency. Everything is walkable from the hotel and we saw everything that we wanted to in the 4 days. This is a great hotel, and i will definitely coming back.

The Guardian Hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were polite and friendly. The hotel was clean. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with shower gel etc. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of hot and cold foods. It did get a bit crowded at times but nothing that wasn't manageable and the staff always hurried to restock anything that had run out. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Termini and around a 20 minute stroll to places like the Trevi Fountain. We found being out of the busy centre of Rome actually an advantage as it was nice an quiet in the evening and the restaurants close to the hotel were much better value and served better food than the more touristy ones. Andrea's was very good and literally a 2 minute walk to get to. We would be happy to stay at The Guardian again.

We were a family of 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids 6,11,13) . The hotel is very clean and the staff are wonderful. The breakfast in the morning is good as they provide eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, meats , fruit, grilled veggies and drinks. The breakfast staff are hard working and very friendly. We had dinner one night in the terrace restaurant/bar. It looks amazing up there however the night we were there is was raining. So we sat in the small inside part and had dinner/drinks. The pizza we had was good however the rest of the food was basically microwaved and not amazing. The drinks were good and the staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel as it is close to the train station and a short walk to the bus stop and metro station. It also has good restaurants to eat at around the area as well .

Nice hotel near Termini and Republica metro station, cozy, modern room. But I have some negatives so only rating 3/5. Pros: warm reception, good location, cozy rooms and comfortable beds Cons: NOISE! We have room 404 and every step and open/close another doors we heard, so we must wake up early. Another think, every early morning we have in the room coffee smell, so I thing the they have issue with climate. Last thing that is in the shower is every minute change temperature od water, so you choose hot but every minute has change to cold and come back. And last last thing, usually in the hotels around the world offer at breakfast omelets and pancakes/wafles, but here no, only for order with extra charge (about 8-10 euro).
