Travelled here on a BA city break which cost £155GBP per person for 3 nights including flights, so it was a really good deal and I wasn't expecting much. Check-in for 3 x 2 people was mildly chaotic and took ages. The lift was very slow and couldn't handle more than 3 people. The room (a superior one) was basic...

We visited Rome in September, friends recommend us to stay at Bailey's Hotel and I'm pleased we did. The staff were most helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and very clean and the breakfast was more than adequate. The Hotel was only as 30 minute walk to the centre of Rome which was a bonus. We would highly recommend...

Stayed 3 nights last week, very warm welcome the front desk manager was very informative and explained where and how to get to various points of interest. Spacious room, nicely furnished, my only critics me would be I don't know why they do to the scrambled egg but it's not good, the rest of the breakfast selection was very nice.

I highly recommend this old fashioned hotel as: - It is located near Termini but in a quite street, - The staff is very friendly and very helpful with excellent recommendations (restaurants, tours...) - Our room was large and cosy. - the rate was affordable for the season. I would just mention that the breakfast was not excellent (ex: the...

In the nicest sense it's a bit of a blast from the past. An impressive town house type building that has been totally refurbished but still kept all the character of days gone by. Very convenient for all forms of transport. A 10 to 15 minute level walk to Termini Station, without luggage! Would recommend.

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighborhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighborhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighborhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 8pm.
