I stayed in the Isa June 21-28 2012. This is a lovely boutique hotel within good walking distance of many touristic places in Rome. There are handly ATMs and a sort of small convenience store on the same block. I fell in love with the rooftop restaurant with views of the city, romantic ambience and refreshing breezes. I got up...

Easy walking distance to the vatican and the main attractions, however, we felt the reception staff were quite rude. We asked one of the reception staff which bus goes to the train station and got the reply of, "go outside and look which one it is." We then spent half an hour looking it up online! But the bar and restaurant...

The hotel was in a fantastic location. We could pretty much walk to all main attractions. Our room turned out to be great! I was nervous booking online boutique hotel but we opted to purchase superior room and we got just that! Top floor corner room with 2 balconys, enjoying every morning sunrise and late even sunsets. We chose Hotel Isa for the price, location, and the fact that we needed to accomadate 3 girls in one room. It turned out to be exactly what we needed. First, I will say that the best part of our stay was the breakfast...made to order omelets, fresh fruit, your choice of beverage including champagne and espresso drinks, bread, cheese,...

Sometimes you read a hotel review and feel that somewhere something is not right. Maybe a thought comes to your mind that the review is scripted by the hotel authorities. This is exactly how I was feeling while making the booking for Hotel Isa but still went ahead because of the mesmerizing reviews The ‘Hotel is a gem’, ‘Great hotel’...

We were limited in our choice of hotels that could accommodate a family of four in one room. Their family rooms consist of two rooms that are connected by a short hallway that has a door to make the entire "suite" private. Our room had a double bed with bath and the kids had 2 twins and a bath. It...

Last minute stay at the Hotel Isa - did not know anything about it until we walked in the door and were truly delighted with what we found. A contemporary, boutique hotel near the Vatican, it was extremely clean and comfortable. An added treat was the fantastic breakfast buffet served on the terrace. This place is a find!

Staying in Prati

Neighborhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the center, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighboring Borgo, Prati is a local favorite for its aesthetic organization and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
