Hotel Terminal is a gorgeous 3 star hotel in one of the best locations of the city centre of Rome. Located on the Esquiline hill - one of the famous 7 ancient hills of Rome - this elegant accommodation is situated in between the famously golden Basilica of Santa Maggiore and Termini station - the transport hub of Rome. The proximity of the hotel to Termini station means that it simply couldn't be easier to get to, and from, the hotel from the airport and exhibition centres, and the tourist sites are all within easy reach using the extensive transport options at your disposal. So, whether you are visiting ancient Rome for business or pleasure, everything is literally only a few moments away. CLOSE TO TERMINI STATION Termini station is home to a major train station with train services to most of Italy and with a direct 30 minute link to Fiumicino airport. It is also the centre of coach services to Ciampino airport in addition to Fiumicino's airport. Termini station also boasts a large bus station which links visitors to almost every part of the city, and when one considers that the city's two underground metro lines also intersect at the station, one realizes that every tourist site is tantalizingly close.

Neighborhood
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighborhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighborhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic center. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

Worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to visit. Filthy room, filthy shower with a mouldy shower curtain. The mastic holding the base of the shower was about 3 inches thick. We flushed the toilet and it filled with scalding water, tried the taps - no cold water only scaldi

Sad that we stayed here for 3 nights on the 6th floor. The room was so bad, we tried to cancel so we could leave early. Our refrigerator was warm upon arrival and they didn’t bring a replacement as promised so we lost over $20 of food inside. The AC DID NOT WORK and they promised

One positive for this hotel is that it is central. A short walk from Termini station. On arrival reception was unwelcoming. Our booking (3 people) was 3 single beds. We got one single+one double. Were told this could not be rectified until the next day. No tea facilities in the

Arrived to a very helpful concierge. Our room was very small and wifi didn’t work. Had to sit in foyer to get wifi. When I told concierge he immediately changed us to a bigger and better room. Rooms are old and worn but ours was clean. Breakfast very basic. Expensive for what you

How is TripAdvisor allowing this to be described as a 3 star hotel when it is certainly not? It is 2 stars at best and does not deserve to be classified as a 3 Star hotel. It’s a motel with severe issues.
I would rate only one star, for location.

Hola!

Buen viaje.
