Hotel was located near the US Embassy, a little far from the tourist sights but in walking distance to Via Veneto. A taxt to the Colosseum was about 12 EURO or a lime scooter for around 5 Euros. The ride to the Vatican was about 15 minutes by car. The rooms were spacious, great walk in closet and clean! The breakfast served daily was very nice, good options for families with young kids ( eggs/bacon/pancakes/waffles). Plenty of traditional Italian breakfast options as well.

Room was clean and well kept. No issues at all!

One downfall was the bar was closed in the afternoon- no where in the hotel to get a coffee or bottle of water. The front desk staff was a little rude- slight judgey at the questions we asked.

Around the corner from the hotel was a great supermarket (small) but get to get some key items and several good restaurants.

Fine hotel, noisy due to traffic outside, limited help for such a high priced hotel...would not bring up wine glasses or wine opener, had difficulty bringing extra pillows due to limited stock, could not provide an umbrella for the rain

The biggest disappointment was the closing of the swimming pool for work, without having informed us, even though we had chosen the hotel for that. In compensation 30% on the evening meal, very poor indeed. It is quite obvious that this in no way compensated for this damage.
On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and the breakfasts were plentiful, although we can regret the classic electronic coffee machine replacing the bar coffee, which makes the cappuccino identical in all countries in the world, a shame in a 4-star hotel in Italy.
The spacious and clean room, elegant decoration. Beautiful bathroom but on the other hand bathroom towels not changed, again regrettable in this type of hotel.
The hotel is very well located in a quiet area but still sufficiently close to the main tourist centers, however the rooms are poorly soundproofed.
In conclusion, this hotel would have been quite appreciable given the current prices in the major capitals of Europe, if they had not lacked honesty about closing the swimming pool.

Currently staying at the Rose Garden Palace hotel and it is fantastic! Fabulous place to stay while exploring Rome. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, great size bathrooms and we also have a walk-in wardrobe in our room. The hotel is very clean and the rooms have very high quality beds, bedding and towels. The hotel also benefits from a great location, very safe…away from the crowds but close enough to walk to most places. Staff are impeccably professional and friendly. I would recommend this place with hesitation.

Little touches like free pastries in the morning and a good selection of toiletries in the bathroom are appreciated.

This was booked from a tour it was very nice location walkable to the major sites across the street from there American embassy. I enjoy this place easy to get to from the airport. Breakfast was overwhelming they had a larger variety of foods. Because it was a tour there was a welcome dinner in the hotel, they were all prepared for us and everything we served hot neat and clean. Stayed here for two nights and then we traveled to Bologna by the bus. If you get a chance this is a nice place to stay.

The Rose Garden Palace is a haven of rest. Upon arrival it was obvious that the staff cares about doing their best. The hotel not only smelled clean, but every corner of the public areas and the hotel room was spotless and fresh. Francesca was a shining star at the front desk. She went above and beyond with some assistance that I needed. The restaurant had a fantastic selection for breakfast and the restaurant was open for lunch and dinner. Keep in mind that the location is about 10-15 minutes from the tourist sites, which was perfect for me. It is in a quiet location, with the U. S. Embassy right across the street.

Just finished a three day two night stay.

Location great. 15 min walk to Spanish steps or Trevi Fountain. Very safe and nice neighbourhood with good restaurants and cafes.

Rooms are well decorated and a reasonable size. Large walk in showers in smallish bathroom.

Rooms and hotel very clean and well looked after. Staff friendly and efficient.

Breakfast was wonderful. Such quality available.

Nice outside area to take a meal or drink.

Overall, nothing to dislike. Great hotel, good four star standard but Breakfast 5 star ⭐️

This is a very nice hotel. Great location for walking to different attractions. The bar is very nice to have a drink at the end of the night. The breakfast is amazing. They do a very good job with their display and wonderful selection. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Would recommend!

Beautifully appointed hotel with super courteous staff. We really appreciated Simone (with help from Gary). Simone was so personable and helpful. A very busy man covering both the bar area and the dining room! Made our stay even more special!

This holiday break should have been idyllic, but it turned into a disaster
The 1st day discovering the swimming pool, beautiful fall on the slippery ground
No doctor's call, no empathy and total respect, it's my fault you have to be CAREFUL
Result: radius fracture, cast for 6 weeks, plus splint, plus rehabilitation, great anger and difficulty
At our request, a small commercial gesture would have been appreciated, particularly for the New Year's meal, because it was complicated without a right hand for 4 days and I was also unable to take advantage of the hotel's infrastructure, which I had also chosen for that.
NOTHING, INADMISSIBLE, for this category of hotel
