This hotell is great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bathrooms were in good condition, there is no noise at night and the breakfast was perfectly adequate. One of the best things were the staff; they were extremely welcoming, helpful and made you feel well taken care of. The hotel is also centrally located, only a...

Lovely little hotel, perfect for everything we needed! Great central location with only a 5/10 min walk to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Roman Forum and the Palatine Hill. 10/15 min walk to the Pantheon and around a 25 min walk to the Vatican. Good variety for breakfast served between 7am-10am. A tourist tax of 6 euros per person per night...

We didn't pay a lot to stay here so didn't set our expectations high. The service was okay, polite and helpful but not overly friendly/smiley. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, I found the selection to be enough to get the day going. The room was clean but very old fashioned. I didn't mind the decor. The shower was okay,...

A nice place hotel in town with quite area to stay.. Not so far from Termini railway station took about 1km for walking. Also near with main road Via Nazionale and took 2km to Colosseo by walking.. And pratically near to anywhere... Anytime can use metro to visiting all Museo.

Checked out this morning after a five night stay. I wasn't crazy about the bed, but in fairness that is a general unfavorable contrast between my ridiculously deluxe American mattress and a standard European hotel mattress. Very nice old place, old in a good way if that makes any sense. Pleasant staff, nice breakfast in a nice room, rooms have...

Not a station area type of hotel. Much more classy. Quiet and everything works well. Good location. Desk staff pleasant and educated. Not expensive so all a normal person wants. Good amole breakfast. Yes, I will come back again.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The breakfast was good and the hotel although old has a charming character. The reception personnel speak good English and downstairs one finds a large tv room complemented with period furniture, a bar and a computer. On the 4th floor a charming terrace that in summer one can rest his legs whilst hearing the seagulls...

Rome is probably my favorite city in the world, so I decided to spend a week there recently. When I travel I try to stay in typical, smaller hotels, rather than big, international chains, because I think that can give the best experience of actually being in a foreign country. I was thoroughly pleased with the Hotel Viminale. I had...

We stayed at the Hotel Viminale and our room overlooked a lovely courtyard with a tower (bell tower) close by. The room was quirky but very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and would definitely stay there on our next visit. The hotel was quite central to the usual tourist spots. The only downside was the breakfast in so...

The hotel is in a very good location near the train station, but the hotel is very old and feels old with the wallpaper smell and the bed we had was like two small mattresses combined so there was a gap in the middle which while sleeping you would roll down to. They need to improve on the beds for...
