I asked them to change my room back to 110 or another one next to my kid's room but unfortunately, with no success...

The hotel has a fabulous location and some rooms are renovated... I had two cockroaches in my room and the AC didn’t work...

My complain is based on the rooms access and the hotel access itself ... First to access the lobby you have to go down a lot of stairs, then to go to your room you have to go to the first floor in one elevator that does not access your room floor... Then go all the way down a long hall, go down another set of stairs , use an elevator for your luggage and then access the elevator that will finally gets you to your room to discover that your room key is blocked and you have to go all the way down again to the lobby ... The rooms are ok and the bed is comfortable but the room access was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel...

Excellent hotel just outside the old city wall at the north end of the city center next to the beautiful Borghese gardens... Hotel is modern and our room was very fresh and well appointed...

I am currently staying at this hotel and I would thoroughly recommend that if you want to stay here think again as the service is poor and personnel somewhat deceitful... I asked him to repeat that the hotel was full as for all intents and purposes the hotel is actually a ghost town and I did not believe him...

...Overall you have to cab it to and from so despite the rates being lower than some other hotels along the Via Veneto I would not stay here again...

I booked a dinner reservation at a very nice restaurant and they (the restaurant) tried to call me to confirm (even though I did that via email already)... I didn’t have my cellular on, and the day of the dinner I got an email telling me they were going to cancel if they didn’t hear from me... I was very upset and when I called the front desk to ask how to call a local restaurant, and explained the situation, the woman I spoke with was calming and very kind... This is just a small example of the many little things the staff did to ensure we had a wonderful stay...

The room was already available even if my arrival was at 12:45 and the rooms are indicated to be available starting from 15:00 hrs... There was also the Lavazza coffee machine, tea boiler and carious types of tea available: I had lunch in the hotel’s restaurant and the food choice was great, for all types of diets... Fresh fruit, eggs, hams, cheeses, croissant, fresh bread, coffee, tea and cappuccino, juices, etc... After breakfast, before checkout I’ve realized that for my business meeting which I was supposed to have in the late morning, my tie was damaged (didn’t notice it when I packed my bags at home) so I went to the reception asking advice... Instead Massimo, from the hotel’s reception offered me to give me a tie, which was a former NH hotel uniform tie but after the last uniform update was spare and bot used... I wanted to pay for it but Massimo didn’t accept... I was amazed by the extreme customer focus and care and the fact that he saved my important client meeting and the day... Definitely recommending this establishment and will visit again!...

Every night my associates and I would end the night sitting at the bar having a drink and not only were they splendid but they treated us kindly and taught us about the food and indulged us with light hearted chats... Will definitely be seeing this hotel and the bartenders again!...

Plenty of online tips for things to do and see out there so only a few from me here: Book the Coliseum, the Pantheon and the Vatican in advance to ensure entry... Visit Castel Sant'Angelo for the BEST views of Roma, and if you fancy a cooking class we loved the Holy Pizza company pasta & gelato experience - see my separate review... For all the early morning adventures we had in Rome, one night we decided to stay in, open a bottle of wine we picked up in Montepulciano and eat dinner at the hotel... The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and Chef Lorenzo even came by to check to make sure we were satisfied...

Micheal, Francesco, Mattia, Flavia e Johnatan are very helpful and kind. They always help us for everything we need... It’s a very pleasure staying in this hotel for two months...
