Colonnade Palazzo Hotel is in the centre of Rome opposite Parliament House and near the Panthenon. This 4 star hotel is handy to everything. Just off Del Corso the main road of Rome that runs down to the Coleusem, Monument of Vittorio Emannuelle, Spanish Steps. Banks are nearby if one needs a ATM. Cross over the road of Del Corso... We chose to stay in a 4 star hotel with roof terrace 5 minutes north of the Pantheon and last year we stayed in a 3 star with roof terrace 5 minutes south of the Pantheon. The better hotel by £200, breakfast quality and choice and location was last year. Although the location was good, the breakfast was lovely to... More

Location is Excellent - walking distance to all major sights, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Spanish Steps for example. Staff is very nice and polite, they even memorized our room number. Check-in was easy, they photocopied our passports and did all "paperwork" for us. Room was on the Piazza side. It was a bit oldish but okey. Air conditioning was a... More

This was our first experience of Rome. What a great location, and within walking distance of many sights. Breakfast on the roof overlooking part of Rome was a highlight. Internet very slow was a downside.

within walking distance at the Spanish Steps,Trevi Fountain,Pantheon and Piazza Navona,an area with a big choice af all types of restaurants.Friendly staff, early check-in/out possible with no extra charge.Spectacular views at breakfast from the rooftop terrace.Clean accomodation, only some noisy neighbours, because of the thin walls....,but this is a traditional Rome hotel with atmosphere.Don't miss the "Gelateria Giolitti" ( since 1900 ),which is... Colonna Palace is a nice hotel situatet on Piazza Colonna, a quiet place and even close to all the things you must see when in Rome. The room is fine and there is a braekfast-restaurant on the top floor with a beautifull wiev over the city - you can see the Vatican. Close to the reception there is a bar... More

Stayed there for two days. The rooms are nice. The rooftop breakfast is great. Their free WiFi sucks; we asked for a remedy to no avail. The location is excellent for visiting the major touristic attractions on foot. The area is safe and has excellent restaurants. Eould stay there again on my next trip. Hopefully, they would have fixed their... More

Stayed here with my husband and 9 month old baby. Hotel location is the best part of it! Walking distance to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain, about 20-25 minutes walking to Colloseum and Vatican, close access to the shops and restaurants etc. Breakfast is good enough and covers your basics (bread and pastries, juices, fresh fruits, eggs, yoghurt, cereals, jams, cheese... Staying in Colonna

Neighborhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very center of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping center, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
