We had a huge family reunion of sorts with 21 people, throughout the process when we booked months in advance, they were so friendly and helpful to accomodate all our needs. Upon checkin everything we so smoothly, keeping us informed and making sure all our rooms were close to each other. The staff was always friendly, warm and helpful. The location was perfect too, walkable to many sights.

Lovely hotel, great location. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well appointed. A very comfortable bed and great bathroom. A delicious complimentary breakfast is included in the price and the selection is large. The hotel is in a good location and my room was very quiet. We didn't eat in the restaurant - we ordered from the room service menu, which was a little disappointing.

The hotel is located near Vatican City, good restaurants and bars, and the Tiber. The place was clean; everything worked, and the free breakfast was good, varied, and more than adequate. It was not noisy at night. The rooms are a little tired: the carpeting is old, the water pressure is a bit low. Housekeeping did not seem to be interested in taking away used coffee cups from the rooms. Hotel personnel were friendly. We were here on a package-tour, so I cannot comment on value-for-money. All in all, a good stay, and no real complaints.

Rooms were clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful and nice. The Hotel in general was a five star and when (not if ) we go back there will be no mistaking where we will be staying. The location was great for us. We arrived a day early to go and find the place where my Mom lived as a child and young adult and the staff was really helpful to find directions for us. Great time, Great place.

I have been to Rome many times. Yet this felt like the first time and was fantastic. Many thanks to the hotel’ s kind friendly staff and the friendly Italians. We found many “ non touristic” places that were so lovely. We fell in love again and again with this magical place

Stayed with a group of 12 guests... rooms were fine, location is OK. A misunderstanding on getting access to the rooms resulted in being charged a full day's rate... not half day... full day.. 165 Euro per room!

I booked this hotel for 9 nights through my travel agent Dnata, Dubai . Upon check in on 25th December 2019, I got to learn that there is no tea or coffee refreshment, no water kettle, no drinking glasses and no tea cups and spoon in this room. When I requested room service / reception for water kettle and a glass to prepare milk for my daughter, they didn't help me to arrange one. Instead asked me to go to restaurant and help myself. Also I was told that my room category doesn't include service of water kettle to be kept in room. I am surprised that this hotel claims a 4 star rating for themselves, however hasn't sorted basic room facilities for guests and staff is not trained to help guests as well. I think it should be within commonsense and guidelines to help guests in need of any request specially for families with children. I am extremely disappointed on behavior of their staff. Cant disagree more to not to book this hotel again and not to recommend anyone in my network as well.

Pleasant hotel close to many sights and attractions. We were there for a Globus Italy Escape tour. We walked to the Spanish steps the evening we arrived. The hotel offered a lunch buffet which was a very good value as well as tasty.

Room size ok, location very good - 10-15 minute walk to the Vatican and main attractions surrounding, breakfast good, staff courteous and professional. Bathroom a little small. Wifi very good. If you want to take a hop on and hop off bus, one of the stops if very close to hotel.
